the problem was with the html in description of the product. stripping the html tags solved the issue. i had the description extracted from a word file which included html tags with styles used in word

any solution here? I am having the same issues. The backoffice hangs on chrome and no error messages on console either. Strangely, it works just fine on other browsers (Firefox and Safari)
