I don't know if it's just a coincidence but, following a problem with the PayPal module, I'm experiencing problems on my Prestashop. Basically I couldn't update the PayPal module to the latest version. I therefore decided to uninstall the module, and install it again. In this way, PayPal is now updated to the latest version. Hi, thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately that's not what I was looking for. Prestashop already has the necessary buttons in its interface to be able to make changes to the order. In other installations I have this possibility. Salve, ho riscontrato un problema sul mio P.S. 1.7.6.9 (Tema di default) che non sono riuscito a risolvere nonostante abbia spulciato tutti moduli, impostazioni e quant'altro. Il problema lo riscontro nel B.O., su tutti gli ordini. In pratica aprendo qualsiasi ordine, sulla destra di ciascun prodotto ordinato non trovo il bottone "Modifica". In oltre, sotto l'elenco dei prodotti ordinati, trovo il bottone "Aggiungi un nuovo sconto", ma manca "Aggiungi un prodotto". Spero che qualcuno possa aiutarmi. Saluti. Antonio

Salve a tutti, da qualche giorno noto un problema sul BO che riguarda la variazione dello status degli ordini. Quando funzionava bene, al variare dello stato di un ordine, potevo aggiornarlo, attraverso l'apposita finestra a discesa, scegliendo fra Pagamento accettato, Preparazione in corso, Ordinecevaso, ecc... Da qualche giorno, visualizzo la finestra a discesa, seleziono lo stato che mi interessa, ma quando digito il pulsante "Aggiungi", la pagina rimane a caricare, fino a che non decido di bloccare il caricamento della pagina e di aggiornarla. In seguito all'aggiornamento della pagina sulla finestra a discesa rimane selezionata la voce che avevo scelto, e se vado a verificare lo stato dell'ordine, in effetti questo è cambiato. Il problema è che non mi fa più vedere lo storico dei vari cambiamenti di stato. Salve, da qualche tempo mi succede una cosa strana. Sul B.O. nella sezione "Visitatori Online" il contatore rimane sempre a zero. Quella visualizzazione non è reale, perchè se vado a cliccare sul relativo link, mi fa vedere un elenco di visitatori che si trovano online in quel momento. Anche il contatore delle visite si incrementa regolarmente. Utilizzo la versione P.S. 1.6.1.4. Qualcuno saprebbe indicarmi da cosa può dipendere ? Grazie per l'aiuto. Antonio

Salve, avrei bisogno di sottoporvi un problema che mi si sta verificando da qualche tempo sul mio sito. Premetto che utilizzo la versione 1.5.6.2. In pratica, tutte le vole che aggiorno un qualsiasi dato su un prodotto, dopo averlo salvato, viene visualizzato il contenuto precedente alla modifica. Ogni volta sono costretto ad aggiornare il browser per potere visualizzare la modifica. Se dimentico a ricaricare il browser e passo ad un'altra modifica, quella precedente viene persa, e dovrò rifare tutto daccapo. A volte capita che dopo avere aggiornato il browser per visualizzare l'ultima modifica, il prodotto che avevo modificato ancora prima, mi viene visualizzato di nuovo nella forma precedente alla modifica. Se per aggiungere un nuovo prodotto, per esempio, parto dalla duplicazione di un prodotto similare, modificando i soli dati che si differenziano, dopo avere salvato il prodotto, tornando all'elenco, viene visualizzata la copia del prodotto, ma con le caratteristiche di quello originale. Solo dopo avere aggiornato il browser, verranno visualizzate le modifiche. Ho provato con diversi browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera) e con tutti è sempre la stessa cosa. l'unico che mi da meno problemi è IE. Sapreste dirmi da cosa può dipendere ?

Ciao Castiel, confermo di non avere mai toccato quella cartella. Ho verificato i file uno per uno ma non ho trovato quello relativo alla mail di notifica che viene inviata al gestore in seguito alla ricezione di un ordine. Ho fatto di più: ho verificato la cartella in lingua inglese, ed ho raffrontato i file contenuti all'interno delle due cartelle, trovando in quella in inglese 3 file in più: "download-product.tpl" , "forward_msg" (in formato txt), e "ndex". Mi chiedo come mai non esiste traccia del file in questione ? Dove altro potrebbe risiedere il problema che mi si verifica ? A presto
