  1. Hello, How can I identify the exchange rate of a particular order that was transacted on a specific date. I'd like to show this info at the back office in the "Orders" so that it is easier for the finance team to do their accounting. I'm not too sure which table I should refer to for the exchange rate that was used a specific order. Thanks.
  2. Hi, I actually un-checked one of the country so that PayPal module won't be available for customers from that particular country. However, PayPal still appears for the un-checked country. I tried restricting the module by currency but it only give radio button and I cannot select multiple currency. Appreciate if someone can give some suggestions.
  3. I tried investigating the error log in FTP and also turned on the developer mode to re-created the error. Both returned the following error message: >>>> Warning: require_once(/home/alternic/public_html/modules/avalaratax/sdk/classes/AvaCert2Svc/LeoFrameworkHelper.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/alternic/public_html/modules/avalaratax/sdk/AvaTax.php on line 22 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/alternic/public_html/modules/avalaratax/sdk/classes/AvaCert2Svc/LeoFrameworkHelper.class.php' (include_path='/home/alternic/public_html/tools/htmlpurifier/standalone:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/alternic/public_html/modules/avalaratax/sdk/AvaTax.php on line 22 >>>> This reminds me that I had an issue whereby my whole website was almost inaccessible intermittently and the hosting company told me that the error was due to a missing module called AvalaraTax. I remember we were testing this module for our cross border shipping but it was not suitable. We then removed the module and the problem seem to start from there. When we re-installed the module, the website was accessible as usual but the problem with the cart seems to be persistent and based on the error log, there is a missing file that causing the problem. Appreciate if you can let me know how do we go about it. Thanks.
  4. Hello Vekia, I tried investigating the error log in FTP as per your advice. I also turned on the developer mode and re-created the error and got this message: >>>> Warning: require_once(/home/alternic/public_html/modules/avalaratax/sdk/classes/AvaCert2Svc/LeoFrameworkHelper.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/alternic/public_html/modules/avalaratax/sdk/AvaTax.php on line 22 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/alternic/public_html/modules/avalaratax/sdk/classes/AvaCert2Svc/LeoFrameworkHelper.class.php' (include_path='/home/alternic/public_html/tools/htmlpurifier/standalone:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/alternic/public_html/modules/avalaratax/sdk/AvaTax.php on line 22 >>>> This reminds me that I had an issue whereby my whole website was almost inaccessible intermittently and the hosting company told me that the error was due to a missing module called AvalaraTax. I remember we were testing this module for our cross border shipping but it was not suitable. We then removed the module and the problem seem to start from there. When we re-installed the module, the website was accessible as usual but the problem with the cart seems to be persistent and based on the error log, there is a missing file that causing the problem. How do you suggest we rectify the problem? Appreciate your assistance. Thanks.
  5. I have inserted the GTM code with literal but the Analytics that I setup in the GTM doesn't seem to be firing correctly. Tag assistant says that the Tag not fired through GTM & Code found outside of <head> tag. {literal} <!-- Google Tag Manager --> <noscript><iframe src="//www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-XXXXXX" height="0" width="0" style="display:none;visibility:hidden"></iframe></noscript> <script>(function(w,d,s,l,i){w[l]=w[l]||[];w[l].push({'gtm.start': new Date().getTime(),event:'gtm.js'});var f=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0], j=d.createElement(s),dl=l!='dataLayer'?'&l='+l:'';j.async=true;j.src= '//www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id='+i+dl;f.parentNode.insertBefore(j,f); })(window,document,'script','dataLayer','GTM-XXXXXX');</script> <!-- End Google Tag Manager --> {/literal} Also, how does a GTM code should look like when we view in under page source? <noscript><iframe src="//www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-XXXXXX" Hope some one can help. Thanks.
  6. How do we make sure that each of X item will get Y item free? For example, if a person buys 2 of X items, he should get 2 of Y items free. When I set the cart rule, it only give 1 Y item free. Appreciate if anyone can shed some light.
