  7. Hello Everyone. I seem to be hitting problems each time i try to do anything! ok...i purchased a template from the themes catalog, added my domain www.equusjewellery.com I read the instructions regarding making the homeslider picture stretch the full width of the screen. It was working ok, next i arrange my top menus so when a customer places their cursor of the category a drop down menu appears..that to was working fine. My domain name went live..so... when i type www.equusjewellery.com the home page appears, but the image on the slider isnt full width & the drop down menu doesnt show. However if i login to my back office, then click "my shop" in the top right-hand corner, it brings up my website with the images full width working ok & my drop down menus working ok So why doesnt it work when i visit www.equusjewellery.com??? ive added some screen shots (SS1 & SS2 are how the site looks when i visit it using www.equusjewellery.com) (SS4 & SS5 is how the site looks when i visit it using "my shop" in back office) (SS3 is the facebook plugin - not visible on www.equusjewellery.com) but is visible when using "my shop" in back office)
  8. take a look at how my website looks, half of it missing, the other half all jumbled up!
  9. Hello Kookietoby. I am also having a bad experience with prestashop cloud. I purchase a template through their add on service, the template came with a revolution slider...great i thought! after purchasing the template & uploading it....i found out that the revolution slider isnt compatible with prestashop cloud..no mention of this at time order!! So i though ok...i can live without it....but it seem the template as a whole isnt compatible with cloud, even tho its advertised in their add on theme catalog for cloud. I to have wrote on the forum, but still not had it sorted....if it isnt soon...i will contact my credit card supplier to ask them to retract the payment...i dont see why i should pay for something that doesnt work...did you get your problems sorted out?
