  1. If your goal is having a backup (second site) of your first install (production site) for development or testing proposes. Something you want play with and not damage your first install (production site), then it's quite easy. 1. install phpmyadmin on both machines. 2.backup your db with phpmyadmin (or command line) on first machine. 3.backup your prestashop installation on first machine. 4.restore your db on second machine with phpmyadmin (or command line) 5.restore your prestashop installation on second machine 6.access your db on second machine, edit ps_configuration : PS_SSL_ENABLE 0 "<-- 1 ( 0=off 1=on)" 7.access your db on second machine, edit ps_shop_url : domain : www.domain.com <> localhost domain : www.domain.com <> localhost physical_uri: /xxxx/ "<-- if not rooted" 8.login to your prestashop Back Office aka admin page 9.go to Advanced Parameters / Performance and hit Clear Cache (you can manually wipe ~/var/cache/dev and ~/var/cache/prod if you prefer) 10.go to Shop Parameters / Traffic & SEO / Set up URLs > enable Friendly URL and hit Save this will regenerate .htaccess file on your second machine. hope this helps mirroring/backing up/duplicating your first install on another machine.
  2. i've found out the issue and i feel like sharing the mistake. i've upgraded using Local Directory (not the default 1-Cli "Major Release"). unzipped prestashop .zip file to the correct ../autoupgrade/latest dir, but while unpacking i did not replaced the index.php file unpacking again and copying index.php brings FO active again.
  3. 1-click upgrade 4.15.0 ends with no errors while upgrading from 1.7.2.4 to 1.7.8.9 (finally after almost 6 years trying to upgrade store). I followed upgrade instructions at last 2 log lines and wiped content inside ../autoupgrade/latest dir Also removed 2 prestashop.x.x.x.zip files from prestashop root (autoupgrade copied them to prestashop root dir, 'cause i didn't). I can login fine to BO, but when i try FO i have this message, any help please?
  4. Be cautions upgrading module: Mails Alerts to 2.2.2 by Prestashop. For those running into same issue, just copy old 2.2.1 over the new upgrade. Uninstall and install old version will break other modules.
  5. okay, got the idea. Since i have no clue about module's structures (yes a n00b), i believe it's wiser to uninstall new version and install older version. Many thx
  6. Used Ebay2 with Prestashop 1.6.x , and to be honest i did not liked the support and the way module worked. Then in 2018 i bought Prestabay and been using it with Prestashop 1.7.2.4. One tinny Prestabay update in 2019. The module is rock stable, still not able to set crontab so i have manually sync all around. Some features might need updates or improvements (they might lack of eBay user experience) or it can be my specific eBay user account with products i sell. As you know eBay is not a friendly company for sellers, always making sellers life harder, marketplaces are different from ebay to ebay. Sometimes configuring everything according to marketplace we sell at is a pain. From my experience between eBay2 and Prestabay, i would go with Prestabay.
  7. Hi, This might be a silly question but i've been looking around without success how to reverse (or downgrade) to older prestashop module version. I have a problem with Mails v2.2.2 module and might need to reverse to previous 2.2.1. How can i do it?
  8. Don't know if it is generated by paypal. It's messing mostly with "products" and "strocks" (from my user point of view). Customers are still placing orders and able to pay them, either with Stripe (Credit Cards), Paypal or Bank Transfer. Only issue is: Orders are not created with complete information from taken shopping cards. Stocks are not updated. We are not able to import and create any order from eBay using the Prestabay module (we have to do everything manual and even so does not update stocks). Bottom line is, it started after user deletion using GDPR module, on March 17th, 2021 at 15:24:50. After that nothing works properly like it was before. Can someone know or figure out what the GDPR compliance module messes up when deleting one user? My skills towards scripting is close to zero, that's why i'm asking for any type of help or guidance. cheers.
  9. That's a question i cannot recall tbh. Is there a way to check module's updates chronology ? I remember updating Paypal module (this module updates like every two months actually, wonder why). All i know is: Stock management, New product, Product update, New order create from shopping cart, Create new order, Order edit, Prestabay module, Moloni module (extremely useful module to export data to our legal taxes invoices). Nothing works like before after following instructions and removing user through Official GDPR compliance v1.2.1 - by PrestaShop (user's name were hidden in the prtscr to follow privacy purposes)
  10. Many thanks for your reply and help. This is the current email module version: Mail alerts v2.2.2 - by PrestaShop
  11. Many thanks for your reply. Trying to follow your request and all i got is this from debug (pretty much the same i previously shared here). The store is actually all damaged, Stock management not working, no New order creation, can not edit any order, no product update, Prestabay module is not working seems like nothing works. All this started after user deletion couple days ago. Under GDPR compliance law one customer demanded to be removed from database (first time we ever had to). User got deleted following instructions inside the Official GDPR compliance v1.2.1 - by PrestaShop. I lack technical knowledge, i don't even know where to start actually. Appreciate your help and time.
  12. Thank very much for your reply and interest Debug report after: Create new order from existing shopping cart.
  13. I have : Official GDPR compliance v1.2.1 - by PrestaShop, installed in my store for years, but no user ever asked me to delete his account until yesterday. After user deletion following the module instruction i ended with so many errors and broken store that i can't even know where to start. 1- can not update/save products page without ending with error 2- Can not import / create orders from my PrestaBay eBay Integration v3.2.2 - by Involic 3- Can not import / create orders from any new shopping carts 4- Can not edit any order properly from my Order Manager v2.1.1 - by ETS-Soft And i don't even know if there's any other issues, all i know is store is pretty much broken and i'm pretty sure i will end paying someone to fix since my scripting limitation. Prestashop version 1.7.2.4 Shop URL: https://www.lusitanianmusic.com/store/ If anyone willing to help i would really appreciate. Feel free to send message or even ask for email. Cheers
