Everytime I delete the Prestashop cache, my payment methods (PayPal, Sofort, Hipay) dissapear from checkout. Just after resetting them they are available again. Can somebody tell me how the cache system is connected to the hooks of payment methods in Prestashop?

After upgrading from 1.6.0.9 to 14 I have the cms Pages and cms links 6 times in each shop. Im using Multishop and I have 3 stores Somethin with the overwriting of shop IDs in the CMS links and cms pages might have gone wrong. But I dont know how to fix that issue from Databse site.

With the payment module from checkoutportal.com Wirecard credit card processing its exactly the same above mentioned problem. They told me their module / credit card processing wont work, because the amount given over by prestashop ist 39,99000 for example. Where can I adjust the decimal counts on order processing module? If anybody has a clue I appreciate you help.

Hi, we run 5 Prestashops 1.6.9 and are looking for a Programmer, who can do some customizations now and on further development. We are using the Refferer Module and we want to have the refferer name integrated within the New Order Info Mail for the shopowner. We want to use left colum on startpage but the Index is missing in backoffice of template configurator Many different other things.. I m looking forward to your reply.

I run V. 1.6.0.9 I can add new categories and they appear in category listing view. But they are not available in the products listings. So im not able to add a product to a new category. Does anybody has an idea how to fix that problem.

Hello Forum members, Does anybody know how to mass update product images via ftp. I have a seperate folder including all my product images, but prestashop ignores it and during import it creates under folder img/p/ new product pictures in many many dubfolders. Due to these subfolder structure its impossible to update/ exchange product images via ftp! Does anybody know whether there is a way to mass exchange product images? (Just for your info: It doesnt work with a reupdate over csv import - if you run multishop because there is a bug with multishop and csv import) best regards Andre

SOLVED - Its caused by GErmanNex Module

Hello all together. I made a strange experience. After activating Multishop and using the prestashop cleaner I recognized 2 Problems: change between list and grid view not possible anymore. product listing without any css. Does anybody have a tip for me how to fix that?
