Hej! Ett mycket konstigt fel har dykt upp under produktinställningar, och då "grundläggande inställningar". När man ändrar pris så brukar det vanligen räknas ut hur mycket exkl./inkl. blir beroende av vilken ruta som fylls i, det har helt plötsligt slutat fungera och prestashop lyssnar enbart på exkl.moms rutan, men slutpriset ut blir ändå rätt. Men, går man istället till fliken "pris" så fungerar det utmärkt att skriva in inkl. priset så räknas exkl moms priset ut. Vad som även har fallit bort är prisvisningen i det gröna fältet strax under där försäljningspriset skall stå. Där står nu enbart "Försäljningspris: inkl. moms. / exkl. moms." istället för "Försäljningspris: 149 kr inkl. moms. / 119,2 krexkl. moms." som det gjort tidigare ​Någon som har en vettig förklaring??

Hi! I hope someone can give me an advice! After a hack attack (by Morrocanwolf) i have change passwords, deleted files and folders etc. to clean the shop i am not able to log in to BO! i Get this message: Fatal error: Class 'AdminLoginController' not found in public_html/classes/controller/Controller.php on line 134 when i investigate controller on line 134 it shows: public static function getController($class_name, $auth = false, $ssl = false) { return new $class_name($auth, $ssl); } So i guess it something about ssl? Please! How could i solve this without using backup and lose data ( i don't know exakt when the shop where hacked ) regards Peter/tvmobel.se

Hi everyone! I am building a new store that are going to open in two weeks. And now to the problem: The store has version 1.6.1.4 - i think it's the latest. The store is going to sell furnitures from many different manufactures and have therefore different shipping prices. The prices is different both for the brand different product depending on size and weight and so on. I have managed to make one carrier for every manufacturer the store got and when the customer byes a table and a chair from the same brand there are no problem, it calculates the correct prices. The problem is when a customer byes from different brands the total shipping price should be the total from different carriers - right? This does not work, the total price is only for one of the carriers. Is there a solution for this in a module or some code work? Please help! /Peter

Hej! Jag kommer inte åt sidan "moduler och tjänster" längre. Får ett 500 server fel. Har testat olika lösningar enligt många andra tips men inget hjälper. Misstänker att det är någon modul som jag la in för att testa en ticker på sidan. Det skumma är att det fungerade hela dagen tills för en timme sedan när jag fick felet utan att egentligen gjort något som orsakat det. Går det att avaktivera moduler manuellt? Har försökt få fram fellmeddelande genom att ändra från false till true under ps_mode_dev men det blir ingen skillnad, jag får inte reda på något. PS 1.6.1.1

Solved it, the prefix changed without reason. I changed it to correct and it worked again. Had to get a new passwd for bo login.

Hi! After updating from 1.6.0.5 to 1.6.0.6 the only thing i get is Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'xxx_xxx'@'localhost' (using password: YES). Please help! I have checked the config files, have not changed the passwords etc. The shop worked without any problem before update. Regards Peter
