Sorry i was wrong, actually i set shipping cost $7.99 to all NZ customers but it is not working it is automatically set $0.00 for some user sometimes. but the same user next time checks it is working. i thought it could be technical issue..

Hello Techies, I have properly configured shipping cost to apply 15% to all prices when Customers is in NZ. but one of my customers who is in NZ purchased a goods but the shipping cost became 0.00 instead of actual 15% shipping cost. It happens rarely. so i would like to know if there is any solution for this or we can re check the shipping cost anywhere to proceed properly. your help would be appreciated. Thanks
