Same problem , any advice ?

Hello , after i update some module which is prestashop offerd in admin panel i get problem with shop at first it shows only withe page and after turned on debug i got this error Fatal error: Call to undefined method Media::addJsDef() in /var/www/modules/blocksearch/blocksearch.php on line 77 any advise ?

i have same problem , im using multistore , in .htaccess i have for 3 domains , i add your code in .htaccess but still customer can not loging to shop by chrome . My shop make 2 cookies on browser domain.com and www.domain.com . when i remove only domain.com cookie everything fine , but after sometimes again i cannot loging and need delete again domain.com cookie i check your shop , your shop make 2 cookies , i think you have still that problem , but it shows sometimes and in all browser

I just test one thing now , i removed only domain.com and leave www.domain.com . and i able to login

when i checking browser history it i will show 2 cookies one is domain.com other one is www.domain.com i need domain redirect to www

i tried many times to touch .htaccess , as soon as i touch it , all shop explode i just did domain running only with www.

I searched a lot about this issue , even searched about server as well maybe solve problem but no chance 1- in my account page , after customer enter details and click on log , page refresh and nothing happen . for first time everything is ok , customer registered and can to log in , but when come back again to site they cannot log in 2- after add product to cart ,by click on basket shows message that cart is empty When i check Browser Cookies it has 2 cookies on my site domain.com and www.domain.com when i removed only domain.com cookies able to login to shop what shall i do to stop to not making domain.com cookies? as soon as customer only remove my site cookies from browser they able to log in , other wise they wont . On shop 2 when I want to go to Catalog --> Categories , i get page not found , turned on Debug but no error !! again not found page error , but when i select all shop or shop 1 everything working

Hello , I have 2 shops with different products and theme . i have problem with second shop . when i click on category it will show category in url and suddenly it change in url to page not found , also all product in shop 2 disappear , i made an category root for my second shop and since i made everything explode , any advise ?

how many ppl have this problem and prestateam noting to do , it is ok you can to clean your cash browser , but can you tell to all your customer : hey if you can not login please clear your browser cash and cookies and call me i will clean smarty cache then you can login , it is 3 days im trying to fix this bug , still no chance and no proper answer , just searching in google to find a way and all first page different topic to resolved this problem

Exactly same problem , im using 1.5.6.1 , no proper answer not in the web not here , some of them saying it is becuz of hosting , some of them saying .htaccess and bla bla bla . so first thing i contact with some host provider and paid them , the configured my server from A to Z , no change before configuring server i did all the way ppl said in forum non of not worked . In some browser sometimes working and sometimes not working . iPad : Safari iMac : Safari , chrome , firefox Win 8 : safari , chrome , firefox most interesting is , this issue come up random , some time in all browser and machine can loging and sometimes when u can login on iMac to can not loging on Windows (really nice) THE CUSTOMER MUST BE CLEAR BROWSER CACHE AND COOKIES TO ABLE TO LOGING AGAIN OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT ABLE TO LOGIN ANYMORE
