I am having the same issue, I want to add tax but on the product page it shows the price excluding tax. In the BO when I goto Customers / Groups / Edit and change the "Price Display Method" to Tax Include and click save. it doesnt save and reverts back to Tax Excluded Any help on this would be very much appreciated. Hi, I am using a module called upload shipping number. The module uploads the tracking numbers to orders which works fine. I am also using the ebay module and I wish to sync the tracking number from prestashop to ebay. The only way I can do this is by opening the order in the prestashop BO under shipping, click Edit / Update. This then syncs the tracking number to ebay. Does anyone know of the call it does when I click Edit / Update as I wish to try and automate this. Any help would be very much appreciated. Many thanks Nick

Can anyone please advise how I can get the orders syncing again. Is there some sort of orders reset ? Any advise would be very much appreciated. Many thanks

When I try and sync our products, I am getting the following. The item specific Brand is missing. Add Brand to this listing, enter a valid value, and then try again. The item specific Brand is missing. The item specific MPN is missing. Add MPN to this listing, enter a valid value, and then try again. The item specific MPN is missing. When I check the item specifics tab in settings there is no option to link a Brand or MPN. Can any advise how I can get this to work. I look forward to hearing from you Kind regards Nick

Hi, I have been trying to figure out why our site is incredibly slow and it turns out that when the eBay module is enabled pages on the font end and also in the back office take ages to load. I did a comparison when the Bay module is enabled loading pages in the back offices takes around PrestaShop™ 1.6.0.9 - 4.838s When I turn off the eBay module it is much much quicker. PrestaShop™ 1.6.0.9 - 0.336s Can anyone advise how I can speed up the performance when the eBay module is enabled. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated. Many thanks Nick

Hi, Since upgrading to version 1.12.2 It does not synchronize products to eBay. I get the message Settings updated (Option B : 7 / 7 product(s) sync with eBay) but the products do not get updated on eBay. where before I clicked synchronize it would sequentially go through each product such as. Settings updated (Option B : 1 / 7 product(s) sync with eBay) Settings updated (Option B : 2 / 7 product(s) sync with eBay) Settings updated (Option B : 3 / 7 product(s) sync with eBay) Settings updated (Option B : 4 / 7 product(s) sync with eBay) this is no longer the case and I get the message Settings updated (Option B : 7 / 7 product(s) sync with eBay) within seconds and nothing gets updated or changed. Can anyone shed some light on how I can go about getting my ebay listings updated. Many thanks Nick

Your'e right, but even if you create a new product feature called MPN and map to this in the ebay module (item specifics) it does not sync it across. I really need to get this working as ebay keep emailing saying that I have until the 29th Feb to get it sorted. Any help would be very much appreciated. Nick

It seems that the new eBay module does sync the EAN number, however I cannot get the Brand or MPN to sync. I have tried to add a product feature in prestashop with the Brand and MPN but it does not sync across. Has anyone else managed to get these item specifics to synchronize OK. Many thanks Nick

Hi, Is there anyway that the tracking number that is on the ebay order can be pushed back to the prestashop order. ? Also it would be very helpful if when the ebay status changed to shipped it changed the prestashop order. Any help would be very much appreciated. Nick

Hi, Would anyone know how I could possibly set the "Status used to indicate product has been shipped" in the ebay module under settings / account settings to use more than one prestashop status. Hi, When I try and turn off SSL, when I refresh the homepage I get the error "This web page has a redirect loop" Does anyone have any idea how I can get this to work, I have been reading the forums and it mentions about modifying the .htaccess file, I cannot do this as I am using the cloud version of prestashop and I do not have access do it. Hi, Did anyone find a solution for this, I am a prestashop cloud user and when I try and turn off SSL and use my own domain I get the error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" I cannot see where I can change the .htaccess file as it is the cloud prestashop and not one Ive installed on my webhost. Hi, I have my own domain and change the IP as advised from prestashop cloud. When I go to the web address the page loads but it does not have our domain name in the address bar, is there anyway I can have our own domain name in the address bar rather than the prestashop one. I have tried to change the primary domain to our own domain in the prestshop dns settings however the front page does not load correctly and no images appear just unstructured text Any advise would be very much appreciated.
