  1. Thank you everyone. We have gone to the developer of the module and they have fixed our issue. Appreciate the help provided
  2. We are an online store based in Australia & mostly ship to Australia. We recently had an upgrade with prestashop & now we are getting the following message once we get to shipping method on the checkout page Unfortunately, there are no carriers available for your delivery address. Have checked the Zone - Set to Oceania Country - set to Australia & all the states are setup correctly from what we can see. Anybody have a fix for this? Edit - Will calculate shipping for NZ with auspost so dont think its the weights etc
  3. I am using Eway - Prestachangeo. Payment is successful and the correct amount - it just seems to be an issue in Prestashop. It is adding two zeros to the cost amount within the store. But this amount is accurate in the statistics and sales data.   4. Hi We have updated the Credit Card date strip. We now are experiencing a payment error. If the charge is $183.00 it is stating an error charge of $183,000.00. The payment is successful with the correct charge of $183 and the invoice also states the correct amount. The customer is sent an error payment notice. Can you advise of how to fix this problem thanks Chez
