Hi, I am having a problem with my shipping. I have an online shop which uses dropshippers, this means that I send items from Spain and the UK. If an item is ordered which sits in spain to a spanish address, then there is no problem. The same goes for orders that are in the UK and needs shipping to Spain. However, when there is an order, for example, from Spain and the client has chosen two item, one from the UK warehouse and another from the spanish warehouse, Prestashop only picks up one of the courier's usually the courier that is based in the same country as the client. The client pays for the two items but only one courier, the Spanish courier. In the back office I only see that the client has purchased one item and paid for one courier. Why does this happen? And how can it be resolved? Thanks

Hi, I am having the same problem. The shipping calculates correctly for the customer but in the back office it only calculates one carrier instead of two and only shows that the customer only paid for one item instead of showing both items. What is the solution for this? Thanks
