Help me! I cannot access the dashboard of my Prestahop. My hosting provider said they cannot figure out what is wrong and therefore cannot fix it. Hello, I recently added a new category. When I look at the front page, the top horizontal menu was not showing the categories. I was seeing the sub categories. I upgraded to prestashop 1.6.14 hoping that an upgrade would fix the problem. I disable my website and perform the 1 click upgrade, now the menu in backoffice is not loading the submenus that would enable me to enable my prestashop. Can someone please tell me what to do to get my shop live again. Thank you.

I recently reset theme configurator. When I tried to change the image on the homepage this is what happens. [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module themeconfigurator: Call to undefined method Tools::purifyHTML() The website is http://viehigh.com/ Someone please tell me how to fix this!

I added products to my shop, added them in the home category, but they are not shown on the homepage. Someone please help me fix the problem. My website is http://viehigh.com/

@dh I do not see a directory on my server with the extension themes/default-bootstrap/css/ I did see a file named Global.tpl .... Does this help? Link to bin http://pastebin.com/6jbB9xAG I also browse through the other directories on the server, and I found a .css directory in the FONT directory.... Should it be there? Could it be that this the .css directory, we are looking for? 1

I went back in and removed the codes I added.. header.tpl.... is back to it's original state. If the global.css file is the problem how do I fix it? 5

I entered the code in the header.tpl file.just under where it reads head... No backup 3

I uninstalled the contentbox, when I discovered the site was loading like this. But I still have the same problem 1
