Hello I used this update query and I see the price changed inside the phpMyAdmin and also increased inside the Prestashop SQL Manager in the admin interface. However strange enough I see the price did not change in the Product catalog and not changed on the front end page. Is there any explanation for that?

My problem was related to the use of Advanced stock management at the product page. When I unchecked this and went back to manual the carrier appeared again at check-out. I don't know what is the problem for version 1.6 with stock management option.

My top menu was working fine with Prestashop 1.5 but since I upgraded to 1.6 only the main categories are dsiplayed in the top but no subcategories are shown when I move the mouse on the top menu or even click on it www.sawastores.net

Guys my problem was exactly the contrary as I don't see sub-categories and I want to see them in the top menu. I used to have it on version 1.5 but since I upgraded to 1.6 the subcategories disappeared. What can be the reason?

I was having the exact same problem of no carrier available but I found out the reason was the stock management module. Once I removed that check box in the product quantity tab and mad it manual. The carriers appeared again !!!! Why is this module causing that problem ,,, I hope someone with more experience with Prestashop would tell us

same like mfermo I get very few fields and there is no options for the integrated export function. I don't understand why they would add a function like this if it does not include the product description then what is the point in exporting the these few fields?

I am getting the same error: This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. <action result="fail" error="28"/> when I run the upgrade.php I understand from last response that it means I have the latest version so I edited the file: /config/settings.inc.php to change the version from the latest to the actual database version 1.5.3.1 now when I go to uprade script: mysite/install/upgrade/upgrade.php I get to see the whole file as if I am opening an XML file in the browser and no running it: This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.
