  1. Is there a way to delete the logs under advanced parameters/logs? They are all informative errors but they have 31 pages worth of them. I don't see anything on the page that allows you to delete them.
  2. Thanks for the information, germs! I was actually able to solve my problem of constantly being logged off by going into Preferences and into SEO & URLs and clicking "yes" to disable apache mod security.
  3. Thank phll! I was having the same problem and your solution worked for me!
  4. Hi germs, Good luck with your upgrade. Where did you go to turn the PHP to off? I wanted to check to see what my setting was at, but wasn't sure where to go.
  5. Hi germs, After I log in when I click to go into anything it logs me out. For example if I try to go into the modules, I would select modules and it would log me out. I log back in and I'm in the module section but then I click to configure a module and I'm logged back out.
  6. Hi germs, For the image I hit "prt scr" and then went into Paint and pasted the image. I saved it as a jpeg and then attached it using the full editor mode with my reply. I'm glad to hear yours is working now. My issue is when I log in using the secured url (https), I keep getting logged off. But if I'm logged in using the unsecured url (http) it is okay. I would prefer to be able to be logged in using the secured url.
  7. I'm having the same issue. I upgraded from 1.5.4 to 1.5.5 in the beginning of Sept. Everything worked find until I added SSL to my website. If I log in under the old admin log in page (using http:/) it seems to be okay. But when I log in to the updated admin log in page (using https:/) I'm contantly getting logged out. I cleared the cache and cookies and still have the problem. I was searching on-line for people with similar problems and found a suggested solution from a while ago, but the versions they are referring to are older. Wasn't sure how it would be and what to change in version 1.5.5. I've attached a screenshot of the advice. Please let me know if you require more information. Thanks, Amy
  8. I'm getting the following error when I'm in the log in screen for prestashop: There is 1 error. SSL is activated. However, your IP is allowed to enter unsecure mode for maintenance or local IP issues. When I first did the SSL I was able to see the https in the back office. I don't see that anymore. It is just coming up as http. It is still working okay in the front office. I'm using prestashop 1.5.5.0 Please let me know if you need additional information. Thanks. *** update *** Ending up solving this myself... it turns out I had a new log in page after I updated for ssl. when I logged in from the updated log in page it came up fine with the https in the back office.

  10. Hi Dave, Thanks, I will try it. I appreciate your help. Hi El Patron, Thanks for the information. It is good to know these messages aren't something to worry about. I appreciate your help as well. Best regards, Amy
  11. My system seems a little better after I cleared the smarty cache, but in the configuation checklist it has some warnings that I'm not sure how to fix. I've attached a picture of the configuation checklist as well as what I have selected in the adv parameter under performance. I thought by clearing the smarty cache that it would fix the warning that says, browser cache & compression, as well as the one that says, combine, compress and cache. But they are still there. I appreciate any help. Thanks!
  12. Thanks Dave! I will try it. I appreciate your help. Have a wonderful day!
  13. Hi Benjamin, Just following up regarding this topic. Wanted to see if you had any ideas on the slowness. Particularly the part about how it takes a while to save when I'm entering or updating a new or existing product. Sometimes when I hit save it doesn't repond and I have to hit save and stay and then back to list once it is saved. I still have the errors turned on and haven't received any yet. Thanks for your time. Best regards, Amy
  14. Hi Benjamin, I just started using Prestashop in May or June of this year. I don't know what number it was, but it was the latest version at the time. I upgraded on 9/4/13 to the current version. The store (back office) isn't slow at everything. I can move between the menus okay. I notice it the most when I'm trying to save something or if I go into the Advanced Parameters under the Configuration Information to load the changed files. It takes a very long time (once it took 30 minutes or more) to load the changed files. I've attached a screenshot. If there is other information you need or screenshots, just let me know.
