hi guys all the database info is correct yet I am getting the common warning.. Database Server is not found. Please verify the login, password and server fields (DbPDO) installing the the latest 1.7 version of Prestashop I keep falling at the final hurdle does anybody please please have any suggestions on how to solve this one ;) kind regards Mike

hi guys Thank you I passed on your comments to the hosters Vekia and whatever you said it has done the trick , they made a few adjustments on my account server ,mod security etc and it's all sorted now THANK YOU so much kind regards Mike

hi Thank you again for your help , I have just spoken with my hosting tech advisors today and they seem to think it could possibly be a request (of which you quite rightly point out) that may not be supported on their server as they have updated their Linux servers from 3 years ago when I had no problem with the service , they are asking me to find out what the request is though before making a definite diagnosis, I have tried the degugging but nothing shows up ;( kind regards Mike

hi Thank you so much for your answer , please could you tell me what I need to do though ? everytime I try to save an image I get the attached white error screen , the image does get saved however I am faced with this screen everytime I click on the save button , I have tried different versions of Prestashop and they all seem to do this so I was thinking it maybe something that I need to ask my hosting to change as Prestashop has worked OK in the past for me. cheers

the image is missing a quarter on both landscape and portrait however the text does differ ,in portrait it is half missing in landscape its about one word missing (plz see attached)...

hi guys After making a few adjustments to the layout of my web store I noticed that whilst viewing it on my smartphone (as its a responsive template) only half of the image and text is showing and also my categories link is visible twice ,can anybody please point me to the right lines of code

hi Vekia (Milosz) Thank you now that explains everything (I thought that the module would show even if it was empty) with regards to the padding question. I have attached the global file just in-case you can point me to the horizontal adjustment that I need ,I have been trying all the lines of code but I just can't find the one that separates the pics horizontally when trying to line 3 pics together ...
