Nope I have reverted back to 1.2.5 until 1.3 is stable. I could always install 1.3 again to test though. RJ

My mistake for posting in wrong place Rocky but as you will see by the last sentence in my post I am asking for costs and timescales, etc. I am of course expecting to pay for such work. RJ

I know that this is requested on pretty much every shopping cart forum but as I have settled firmly on Prestashop as my shopping cart of choice I am really keen to find someone who can really do this work. In essence I need an add on that functions like the numerous photo store scripts out there. Check our www.cmsaccount.com or www.ktools.net and you will see the functionality that I am looking for, although I am looking for a more basic form. Basically they would sell their downloads on my site for a comission (see Back End details below). So NOT a Multi Vendor solution like X-Cart Pro. Admin will set prices and handle all digital delivery as per standard Prestashop function, NOT sellers. So I don't need that functionality. These are the most basic functions required: Front End: Ability for 'sellers' to login to their account as normal and to be able to upload digital products (photos in my case). They need to be able to manage these downloads (delete/add/supply descriptions) and most importantly they need to be able to see how many views/downloads(sales) have happened and to see how much commission is due from admin at a glance. Commission will be paid to them manually monthly - so they need to be able to add their PayPal account details for receiving payments - preferrably in 'My Account' rather than at registration as my intention is to run both this function and standard Prestashop side by side (same store). This allows my vistors the additional option of becoming a seller if they choose to. This bit is flexible and may need some more thought. Back End: Ability to authorise/decline sellers downloads. Full admin control and reporting of commissions and the ability to see all details of views/downloads/sales, etc. Also a facility to make PayPal payments to sellers on a monthly basis (manually), resetting commissions due for that month in both BO and FO. Stock control of sorts! Oh yes and I would prefer this to be a seperate Tab in BO rather than controlled through Modules Tab. Emailing of various stages is required for both sellers and admin(download request received, authroised/declined, commission payments due/made, download submitted, any other necessary emailing similar to standard Prestashop functionality. So, any takers? Costs? Time scales? Cheers Rob

Please guys - I could really do with some help here on this as this point alone is preventing me from ditching zencart in favour of prestashop. How about if I were to create a new home page in CMS (an area I am happy for my employees to access) and set my server to re-direct to that page when 'Home' is clicked or the site is accessed. This is simple to do and I have tried it It would do as a work around but how could I show 'Featured' products, etc on this 'new' home page? Is there an easy way to call up Featured Products in any CMS page? Any help please would be great. RJ

Hi, I am new here so be gentle with me As it has been almost a year since the last post has this situation changed? I need to be able to allow my 'employees' access to the Main Page to edit it but not to the other modules. is it not possible to 'move' the text editor module to another tab that is fully accesible to the employee, such as 'Tools'? Or...., now call me old-fashioned....the 'CMS' tab!! Or does anybody know of a mod that might help me? Hope to get a reply. thanks RJ
