  1. Hi, I have Paypal pro Module working like a charm. What surprises me, however, is that whatever billing or delivery address I supply, the payment is successful and money is transferred. It doesn't mater whether the address is right or wrong. My question: shouldn't Paypal be validating customer provided billing address against the customer's credit card address? If this validation is not done by Paypal, do I then need the billing address at all?
  2. Cool Thanks,. I found it as part of the combination properties.
  3. I checked my site but there is no rule in cart or catalog place. Yet I still have a product with a minimum quantity set to 4.
  4. I really must be going blind. Where can I find the option to change/disable the minimum quantity per order in PS 1.5.6.1? The best reference I found is this: http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/prestashop-15/catalog-setup/set-minimum-order-quantity However, under "Availability Settings" I only see the options: Displayed text when in-stock and "Displayed text when back-ordereding is allowed" What am I missing?
  5. Hi, I have a multistore deployment of prestashop. All the stores are in the defaut group and their URLs are of the form: city.theurl.com. For instance, losangeles.theurl.com, sandiego.theurl.com. The challenge then is what to do with the default store. From the business requirements, users should not be hitting the default store because it is not associated to a city. Hence my question: is there a way to disable the default store? Here is what I tried: the default store has the URL: theurl.com. I tried to change it to boston.theurl.com. It worked at first. When the user type theurl.com, they are redirected autoatically to boston.theurl.com. The problem, however, is that when the user adds products to the cart, when they go to check out, PS says that the cart is empty. How would you gents go about resolving this issue?
  6. Multishop. I have one Prestashop deployment and I have my plugin running on this Prestashop. And this prestashop has mutistore enabled. I want to find out what are the stores on this host Prestashop.
  7. Hi, I am developing a new plugin and I need to find the list of stores within this plugin. I need to know, the store name, the store URL, and the store group. Any idea how to go about achieving this? Thanks. Klaus.
  8. The Prestashop Paypal Pro Module works for me now after I got approved by Paypal for Website Payment pro.
  9. I thought for a few minutes that the problem is the same as described here: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/249328-paypal-pro-error-please-verify-the-card-information/ Then I went and created a brand new paypal merchand in the sandbox, which I assumed would automatically be set to use API access as opposed to SDK access. No luck still. If there is a bug, is there at least a work around for accepting credit card on the shop with Prestashop 1.5.4.1?
  10. Do you guys see the credit card option after setting up Paypal US-Canada standard? I canly checkout as Paypal user with paypal account
  11. Guys, I just joined the Prestashop community and I have to confess, integration with Paypal hasn't been free of frustrations. P I want to do something quite simple. User come sto the shop, purchase, and is presented with fields where she can provide her credit card information. This is pretty much what is described on these two sites: https://www.paypal.c...d=XYAYGKRUJMJTG https://www.paypal.c...d=XYAYGKRUJMJTG And as one can see in the logo on these pages, this seems to be something that Prestashop and Paypal are advertising together. The question is: How do I get this to work? I have Prestashop 1.5.4.1 and Paypal USA, Canada 1.2.5. I integrated the standard Paypal module, but the only possibility I am given during checkout is through the standard paypal process where one has either to be a Paypal user or one has to register to become one. I even tried the Paypal Pro Module. Unfortunately, it is only for US and Australia. I am in Canada. I hope Prestashop team with refund my money. Bottom line: how do I get this thing that is advertised to work? Thanks a lot. Klaus.
