Anyone had any luck importing a pack via csv? George

I had the same problem and found it is best to download the latest version from http://www.prestashop.com/en/download then upload the zip file to your shop manually using ftp. Select more options (expert mode) then choose local archive, this will tell you the folder to upload your zip file, once uploaded you can then select the zip file from there and perform the upgrade. The problem was with my database being corrupt from a manual run of the upgrade file (big mistake) in the setup folder. This can be marked as solved. George

Hello I have a csv file that works perfectly importing products using all the available fields from the csv import page. My question is what extra fields need to be added to create a product pack for importing via csv? Prestashop version 1.5.5.0 I have tried searching the forum but never found anything, the available fields do not seem to mention anything about product packs. I have also tried adding a product pack manually then exporting the products to find the fields but this did not help. Thank you for any help. George

I think it may have been a database problem, I restored my database and files from a backup and the update is now running. Will reply if all goes ok. George

I have set all the settings on 1 click upgrade but when I click Upgrade Prestashop now I just get returned to the same page and nothing is happening. Have I got any settings wrong, I left them all at default. Also if I try to change any settings under expert mode nothing happens when I click save. I tried resetting the module to see if that would help and got 2 errors Cannot install this module. Unable to load the "AdminSelfUpgrade" tab I then had to install the module again which said module installed successfully. Have also tried deleting the module and installing the latest version with the same result. Thanks George
