  1. Anyone who can help here??? I already upgraded to PS 1.6.1.2, but still the same issue: The order state is -- (2 dashes), no products on the order (they are still in the cart) and the customer did not get any confirmation for the order. The order is just not finished... Because I can't reproduce this, it is very hard to debug. Who can give me a hint by telling where to start? Kind regards, John
  2. The user does not get any error, there is just an issue with creating the order... Stock management is switched off, so this will not be the issue...
  3. Hi, After upgrading Prestashop to 1.6.10, I am experiencing a strange issue. Some orders result in a record with current_state = 0 and there are no order details for the concerning order. There is still a cart, so I can find out what is ordered, but in the backend the order is empty... This annoying issue appears with all sorts of payment methods and different carriers, and at least 90% of the order finish without problems... Futher I cannot find any strange thing in error logs or in the database... Anyone who can help??? Kind regards, John
Alvast bedankt! John
  5. Hello, it is long ago, but did you find a solution for this? I have the same wish...
  6. After a lot of annoyances, I managed to run Prestashop 1.4.1 on a Windows XP Pro system with IIS! Right after the installation, I had two major issues: - the frontend did not load (screen stays white) - the backend was not accessible (keeps reloading login page without error) In my case there is a space in the path to the shops webroot. In the config/settings.inc.php this space is replaced with a . Seems logical, but this causes the backend issue... So replace any in the __PS_BASE_URI__ value with a space. When I logged into the backend and changed the value for "Automatically redirect to Canonical url" to No, the frontend also loaded... I hope this will prevent you from wasting to much time on these issues! Kind regards, John
  7. Hello, I read a lot about issues with not being able to login in the backend after a fresh installation. There are no errors, only a constant redirect to a clean login page. Very frustrating. On my Windows with IIS installation, i found out that the problem was solved by replacing the with a space in the definition of the __PS_BASE_URI__ constant in the settings.inc.php. I hope I can help anyone with this solution... Besides this kind of issues, I really appreciate Prestashop! Kind regards, John
