Hi, I recently entered some incorrect settings for IMAP on Customer Messages in my Admin area (I think I entered SMTP by accident). Now when I click on Customer Messages I get an Internal Server Error. Is there a way to reset this so that I can change the settings? I'm using Prestashop 1.6. Many thanks in advance.

I have an issue with images not displaying correctly in Internet Explorer 11. The images appear as an 'x' and there are other styling issues that don't happen in any other browser. My website is http://www.reflectiveoffice.co.uk Please see attached screenshot for the display issues. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a fix? I'm using Prestashop v 1.5.4.1

Well finally, the developers managed to get it working on my site www.reflectiveoffice.co.uk I'm running v1.5.4.1 - I don't know what they did but presumably they have a fix for it now if you ask them. Thanks everyone for all your input and help.

Ah OK. I'm using version 1.5.4.1 and that option isn't available so unfortunately the fix doesn't work for me. Thanks anyway.

No not yet - I've been in touch with the developers but the support is incredibly slow. I raised it with them weeks ago.

I managed to fix part of the problem which makes the PayPal express checkout button work. Select 'No' for the following: Use PayPal In Context Checkout Make your client pay without leaving your website & make sure you enter your Merchant ID which you can find in PayPal in your Profile. However, the PayPal PAY WITH YOUR CARD OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT still does nothing when you click on it. Hope that helps.

Hi, I have the same issue too but also on desktop sites. I click on the Paypal checkout button and nothing happens. Nothing happens either when I click on the Pay with PayPal button.

Thanks for your quick reply Paul ! Will unhooking these modules actually remove the nav bar altogether? I want my page content to all move up (if you see what I mean).

I have the same problem. It seems crazy that so many files need to be edited to get the Dashboard working properly.
