We are very close to officially launching our site but need to advice and modifications that are beyond our skills. For an expert most should be pretty basic but a few items seem to have some recent hires stumped. We are using 1.6 with a responsive theme. We also want to customize the mobile view a little for better customer viewing. We are looking to launch on August 1 so this will be quick but will also have on going projects and tweaks after the launch.

I found out my problem was a setting in the agile membership module and how the memberships were created. I have had the 500 error many times while developing this but regenerating the .htaccess file many times fixed the problems after I had made so many changes.

The strange this is that Friday it was working, then Monday got the error again. regenerated the htaccess file and worked again, then Yesterday morning same thing. This time regenerating did not work

I did change the PS_DEV_MODE to true but it did not show any errors

We have recently upgraded our site to 1.6 and a new template. Some items did not transfer and don't have the prestashop expertise to fix them. Need an expert to help. Some modules we purchased are encrypted and may be difficult to work with. Hi, We started our site with 1.5 and from what I have been told a template with lots of issues. We decided to try a new template and upgrade to 1.6. I duplicated the site onto a sub domain for testing. We had some filters custom made for cities and states ( shown in screen shot in blue). These do not show up in the new template but there is some sort of text to the right of the name (second screen shot) Does anyone have an idea of why? I have checked the code and everything seems to be there. I have contacted the person who did the filters but no response for more than a week. Thanks

Hi all, I need some help to see if this can be done. I am currently using PS 1.5.2 and having problem with a chosen theme. I would like to test an upgrade to PS 1.6 and a new theme but would like to use my current data. To test and see if I could even do it using what I currently have I created a sub-domain (mysite.com/mysite2) copied all of the files. I also create a test db and changed each to point to the sub-domain. So when I go to the sub-domain it shows my template and says this page no longer exists but if I choose a link in the top menu bar it does go to the page with the subdomain in the address. However if I choose the home button it goes back to the old site. So I log into back office and change the URL to sub-domain. and the BASE URI to /mysite2. Then the address is my site.com//mysite2/mysite2 I thought to check my original site to see how the SEO & URL section was set up and i found that when I changed the sub-main back office it also change my old site to the sub-domain information. How can this be? Any direction would be appreciated Additionally, Is it possible to test 1.6 while I have 1.5.2 installed?

You can change the code to Request a sample The biggest problem for us is that our site has multi-vendors with different account and admin emails for each so we need to have some custom coding done for that and we wanted it to include the features of product in the emails It works well after the changes. After the cost of the module we spent maybe $75 for the extra coding

I am looking for some help. I had a developer doing some work on my site and suddenly my product image sizes changed and the product name and short description no longer display. I restored to a back up of before he started the work but it still seems to be holding some setting that I can't seem to find. The images were 3 across on the homepage divided to the width of the slider. Of course no response from the developer. Please help. www.designtrade.net

Hi, I need an expert to review our site to improve performance and fix some smaller issues that I do not have the experience to do. We are a multi-seller site and have had the module developer make modifications for us and have had a few other modules installed and customized. Hi, I using PS 1,5 and a multi-seller module. There are a few of the seller accounts created that when you click on the seller to view their decryption and products you get a blank screen with our shop name and a question mark. I have compared the account detail in the back office and the ones that are doing this were created the same as the others that do not have this problem. I have deleted them and even deleted from the database but I get the same thing when I enter those again. But I have also entered other account at the same time and they are fine.
