Don't worry I know you need to understand to help me The customer usually send us the documentation by email. Untill today, the customers always sent the documents. It's preferable ask the documentation after the purchase to not risk to lose a sell. The same risk if before the customer need to register and after he can buy with tax at 4%.

After the purchase the customer must to send us all documentation attesting his status. The documentation, to the disabled or elderly, is released by the health facility.

Hi haylau, thanks also you for your contribute. In my shop I sell also products for disable and elderly and in my country (Italy) we have two different tax. Tax at 4% for these customers and tax at 22% for the others. So I would like to avoid duplicate products and insert to the possibility, in the frontend, to choose the right tax directly for the customer.

Hi prestamax thanks for you answer. I know that I need to create a variation but I would like to have some suggestion to start. I'm not interested about invoice in this moment, at least not for now, but only in the frontend so to allow to my customers to choose the tax right for them. Hello everyone, I need to allow my customer to choose different tax rates (preset in the backoffice) to apply to product. For example in the product page: two radio button, one with tax at 4% and the other with tax 22% (like in the image attached) or an html select tag, to allow the tax choose. Is there a module to do this? If not, any suggestion to implement it is appreciated. Thanks Marco

Hi guys, I made a migration from hosting to dedicated server. Now I can write the url with and without www or http prefix. But I have a problem only with some products. My url format is mydomain.it/shop/product when I try to writing www.mydomain.it/shop/product some product are rewrote into mydomain.it/product without /shop/ If I disable rewrite url don't have any problem... Someone have any suggestions? Thanks My PS version is 1.5.4.1

Buongiorno a tutti, ho effettuato una migrazione da hosting a server dedicato aruba. Da quando ho effettuato il cambio il dominio non richiede più di anteporre www, http:// o http://www e questo mi sta bene. Il problema è che con alcuni prodotti se inserisco l'url in formato www.mydomain/shop/prodotto mi riscirve l'url in formato www.mydomain/prodotto. Il problema non si verifica se disabilito l'url rewrite. Avete suggerimenti? Versione prestashop 1.5.4.1

Hi Nemo, first thank for all helpful tips. Now I have a problem with css. T_T I tried to add CSS in any way but seems it ignores me. I tried with: Tools::addCSS(($this->_path).'css/menucategory.css', 'all'); and so with: $this->context->controller->addCSS(($this->_path).'css/menucategory.css', 'all'); and also with: public function hookHeader() { $this->context->controller->addCSS(($this->_path).'css/menucategory.css', 'all'); } I cleared the cache and compile smarty folders but nothing, my css isn't loaded. Any suggest? My prestashop version is 1.5.6.2 Thanks
