  1. I moved this topic to the "upgrade" section of the forum as it was wrong in this section...
  2. Hi After upgrade my shop from 1.6.1.4 to 1.6.1.5 with one click update the shop is no longer displayed correct as if the template is not working. I use the standard Prestashop template (default-bootstrap 1.0) I tried with various options and last I said "yes" to all upgrade options (disable non standard modules, upgrade standard template, change to standard template upgrade standard emails) I also deleted the cache, however the shop is still not displayed correct. Attached is the screenshot after upgrade. The admin interface still works normal. I upgraded many times before but this never happened before. P.S: The shop is installed in a sub directory Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

  4. Hi I upgraded from 1.6.1.1 to 1.6.1.2. After that the catalog price rules are not working. In 1.6.1.1 everything did work. I tried to setup new rules and they don't work. Also the exist rules don't work. Any help appreciated Best regards
  5. Aangeelofilho Your issue is not related to price reduction... However you will find the resolution here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/452788-error-after-upgrading-from16014-to-161-8-undefined-property-sdclassprice/ I had same issue initially.
  6. Hi I upgraded from 1.6.0.14 to 1.6.1 All now seems to work except the catalog price reduction. It works for the first three conditions in a catalog price rule but not for any condition after. I only want to give a price reduction of 20% in a category and its sub categories. I'm using the default-bootstrap template. So it works for the first three sub categories but not any after.... Looks like a severe bug. Any idea how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance Tony
  7. I will upgrade the other file too.. You are right ... makes sense to have debug true after upgrading... and switching it off after... so we can see by default all messages. Maybe misunderstanding: The warning messages where also gone when Debug mode was set "false" I highly appreciate such great support.
  8. Hi Gregory Great! I changed line 84 in the list.tpl as per above link and I no longer get this message. (with debug true) Two questions: - Why is debug "true" after upgrading (_PS_MODE_DEV_, true) ? (btw: The warning message did also disappear with debug "false") - Do I also have to update tab_module_line.tpl ? (I don't get any further warning after just upgrading list.tpl) Thanks for your prompt support and response
  9. Hi After upgrading from 1.6.0.14 to 1.6.1 I get a error message as soon as I select the "module" menu in the backend. All modules are listed but depending on which module category I select I get more or less of the following error message, which pop's up. Notice on line 136: .... /sysplugins/smarty_internal:templatebase.php(157) [8] Undefined property: sdClass::$price I have attached also the printscreen of this pop up error message. I can close the pop up and configure modules however I wonder why I get this message. I cleared the smarty cache after upgrading and I used the standard default-bootstrap template version 1.0 (did not upgrade the template with the one click upgrade) Thanks in advance for any help
  10. Hi Thanks a lot for your response... You brought me to an idea: I deleted the whole cache (smarty cache is enabled) in the backend and after the that I have no longer this error message in the front end an orders can be taken again. However I have recognised an other error message in the backend as soon as I select the menu modules. However I will open a new topic for this. Maybe you can have a look a this too? Thanks Tony
  11. Hello After upgrading with one click I get following message on top of every page in the front end: Strict Standards: Declaration of Customer::getByEmail() should be compatible with CustomerCore::getByEmail($email, $passwd = NULL, $ignore_guest = true) in public_html/shop99/override/classes/Customer.php on line 140 However on line 140 is nothing in Customer.php this is end of file. This messages also pop's up as soon I want to add something the the card: The error message which pop's up when something added to the card is: Impossible to add the product to the cart. textStatus: 'parsererror' errorThrown: 'SyntaxError: Unexpected token <' responseText: Strict Standards: Declaration of Customer::getByEmail() should be compatible with CustomerCore::getByEmail($ema$passwd = NULL, $ignore_guest = true) in /home/kunstfer/public_html/shop99/override/classes/Customer.php on line 140 I did not change anything in the Customer.php. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Best regards Tony
  12. Hi I have a strange effect: When I load prestashop first time on a browser (browser cache deleted) the prices on front page or any category page displayed is the net price (product price excl. VAT) . When I then just reload or select a product the article is showing as expect the prices with included VAT. After, all pages show the prices correct. It is really just the very first load of a page. I deleted the smarty cache and forced to compile the template without any result. I use prestashop 1.6.0.14 Any help very appreciated. Thanks
  13. I'm running the prestashop 1.6.0.14. All is fine but the order confirmation for the customer does not list any product details. No article number and no product. The product total price however is correct. The confirmation email to the shop owner does have all the details listed. Can anyone help? ( I upgraded it from 1.5.4.1) Best regards Tony
  14. Hi Thanks for prompt response. You might be right. However first time I realized this issue was FEB 10th 2015 . The hosting provider is upgrading the PHP versions automatically without notification. Are you saying Prestashop 1.5.4.1 has an issue with PHP 5.5.X in general or only with 5.5.22? Should I better run in with php 5.4.38, which is also provided by the hosting provider? Or als another option should I start planning to upgrade the prestashop to 1.6.0.14 with one click? Will the shop still work? Thanks Tony
  15. Hello I'm running Prestashop 1.5.4.1 with PHP 5.5.22. The shop has been running for almost two years. But when I now add a new product in the backend it happens that after adding new products the front is a white screen. In fact the main front page is still showing but as soon as I click on a category all ist white. The backend is still working. No products can be listed, all is always a white page. When I compare the backups of the database it can happens that with just adding approx 4 new products the database is growing by 50%. Restoring the old DB backup with phpmyadmin will bring the store back and all products can bee seen again. I have realized that the table "ps_specific_price" is growing very much. I have at the moment a 20% discount on a lot of products with the catalog price rule. And some of the products I'm adding belong to these catalogs I have currently about 1400 products in the shop. Does anyone have an idea what is causing this issue? Thanks Tony
