  1. Guys, PayPal said earlier this year that they are upgrading their security certificates & bit encryption which will end September this year. The PS developers are working on creating a module to meet PayPals specs for release later this year. I've stopped using the module since May and having been using an alternative payment gateway until the new PayPal module is released. Maybe you guys can consider the same.
  2. Hi Guys, I have been suffering with this PayPal Pro v1.3.7 - by PrestaShop for ages now thinking that the Zipcodes > Localization etc was the cause for all the errors, I'm so annoyed that after paying £203.54 I have not been able to use it ONCE! Are there any ideas or do I need to stalk them via GitHub too? Thanks, Justin.
  3. Hi Guys, Apologies for the late response, I'm currently using Prestashop version 1.6.1.5 & still struggle with this issue. I've found this module http://addons.prestashop.com/en/20777-uk-counties-pack.html but i'm not even sure if it will help with/for the payment gateways. Zipcode/Postcode is required for all credit/debit card transations so as good as PayPal is, i'm losing the plastic market customer
  4. Hi Guys, My website has begun displaying "Notice: Undefined index: id_product in /classes/Product.php on line 2438" but I don't know what it means or how to fix it. Can someone help me please? Thanks, Justin
  5. @bu_marius I've been struggling with this error for months trying to find a fix. THANK YOU!!!
  6. Hi Pan Otlet, you need to follow this thread. https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/467032-1611-zipcode/?hl=%2Bzipcode&do=findComment&comment=2146949
  7. @gabdara I've tried this and it has made no change. What I have done so far is select Localization > Countries > Does it need Zip/Postal code? "No" for each country. Luckily my products are e-tickets so no shipping is involved however for purposes of payment gateways, the postal code is required. To date, customers only have the one option to pay via PayPal. Also, the website theme has changed and displays no products on the homepage unless the customer clicks on "Best Sellers" or "Popular" product tabs which are modules. Is anything being done to fix this bug? Thanks, Justin
  8. Hi Folks, I'm trying to integrate a XSD/XML Schema into my prestashop but I can't seem to find a suitable module to assist with the installation and with my limited IT experience i'm unsure how to make the installation manually. Can someone please help? Would be truly grateful. Thanks, Justin.
  9. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/388682-front-office-blank-page-for-some-users/ THANKS AGAIN!!
  10. THANKS EL PATRON! I followed your instructions and found out it's the "wishlist block" that was causing the black page. Once I DELETED the module, the website works fine. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
  11. I've used the debug mode as suggested but the page remains blank once I or a customer "sign in"... No error shows up.
  12. I too am using prestashop 1.6.0.9 & since updating from the previous version, when some of my customers "sign in" to make a purchase, they get a blank front office screen. The only way they can view the front office again is for me to "disable" the customer. They can once again view the content but can't make purchases as "sign in" is required. At 1st I thought it was the paypal module but when I disabled it & used the the "Create An Account" or "Already Registered" the front office still goes black for myself and other customers. I've rolled back to previous back ups' but I still have this issue and it's becoming very frustrating now. Can anyone at all help?

  14. I am looking for a module that would allow a customer to: 1) make a deposit/initial payment on a product 2) that would remind the customer via email that they have an outstanding balance 3) that would allow the customer to pay the remaining balance in full or installments within a given time frame (time frame set by me) 4) upon full payment of the product, that's when the product will be dispatched. This module needs to work for both physical & virtual products. Can anyone help me?
