  1. So just to be clear, this problem that was noticed in April just broke my store completely, including all links that point to my store PERMANENTLY. This is truly absurd, but I don't know why I would expect anything different from PS. It's still not clear to me how to even fix this. I now have two root categories, one of which with ID2 that is the old Root/Home category and ID6 with all the physical products in my store and the subcategories. What exactly do I need to do to fix this mess.
  2. Fun story - I caused this error by relying on the cPanel code editor, which added a bunch of blank space before and after the paypal module that needed to be fixed. Then, in attempting to debug it, I added more blank space to the config file which really messed up the whole thing. I found the solution in the error_log sitting in the main directory - it said exactly what the problem was the whole time and I didn't even think to check there. Marking as solved - hopefully people with the same error will find this.
  3. Recently, my store began behaving strangely on the backend. The front facing customer experience seems to be unaffected, but when I try to make any changes to products, configurations and more, prestashop saves the changes but shoots me to a completely blank screen with no errors. I tried turning debug mode on, but there are no errors that display - the screen is entirely blank. I've tried this across multiple computers and browsers, so that does not seem to be the issue. Some things do work, such as saving general preferences. But if I attempt to make any changes to a product, category, voucher or almost everything else this blank screen occurs. edit to add: My Memory Limit is set to 256M I've tried to clear the cache both automatically and manually and that did not fix it The only thing that has changed recently were a bunch of updates for prestashop core modules, but I don't know if the problem was also happening before the updates.
  4. Figured this out late last week - for me, I didn't give customers the ability to print PDF invoices. This seemed totally unnecessary. But enabling it again meant that all of the statistics showed up. Make sure the default order status allows customers to print invoices and then make sure it is enabled overall in the settings. Good luck friend, I hope you had the same issue.
  5. I have the same problem. I used to (in PS 1.5) be able to go in and manually change the order status to a Paypal Authorization accepted to get them to show up (which was super annoying anyway). Now, no matter the status, the order does not count as 'revenue' or an actual sale. Very frustrating.
