Hi, I'm looking for a bit of feedback from experienced prestashop users as to how my store is looking, I've downloaded a template and set the shop up, however my page has a pretty high bounce rate, so wondered what would be better to improve? i have had a couple of people complain that they couldnt use the checkout easy enough on a mobile, so i have sort of designed the site with mobile in mind, do you think i should have a seperate theme for that? Hi all, I'm working on a site and since we launched I've been having a lot of incomplete carts, after a while i started to believe it was a site issue, so after speaking to a few customers, a lot were explaining that they entered their card details (mobile site) and couldn't find the confirm button. Now after i look at it it is clearly under the order confirmation part, however to make it easier, is there a way i can move the "confirm" button to above the order check part, so just underneath the payment method? I've attached a before and after screenshot so you can see what i mean. Thanks! Ross

Hi, I'm hoping somebody can help me with this, I have a site that sells products that have the option of adding a gift card messagae, at the moment this is compulsary accross the site for every product, however if i try to add a product direct from a category page and not a product page, the site does not allow me to add the custom message and i cannot add it to the basket without one. Is there somewhere i've missed that turns this option on? Thanks Ross

Hi, I recently added the new prestashop 1.7 to my store, working great, then decided to update all the outstanding modules, only 5, however after updating the backoffice has generated an error 500 page and the front office is now no longer getting to the order complete page, i've enabled debugging mode and the error i have is below. If i rename the ps_mbo module, to ps_mbo1 the backoffice works during debugging, however front office completion page still fails and the whole backoffice site brings an error 500 when debugging mode is switched back off. If anybody can help that would be great, its a 2 week old site moving from another platform, so as of yet i dont have a backup of the ps_mbo module. it was that the memory was too low, i had changed the php.ini file but not made it recursive, that fixed it then hope this helps

the one thing that i did not do correctly when adjusting the memory size on the php.ini file was to make it recursive accross my whole store, i only put it in the root, so therefore it only worked in the root, after editing the .htaccess file it works perfectly now. if you havent allready done that, ill find the file out and upload the snipet here for you

Hi guys, I managed to sort it. It looks like an error when the site writes the category_products database as it just goes multiple times. I exported the database to excel when I opened it it all seemed fine. It was only when I sorted the database using Excel into lowest to highest that there is a massive amount of duplicates. So I used excels remove duplicates tool and re uploaded back on a SQL. All is working up to now. But I am yet to add a new product to see what happens. I hope this is a similar fix to everyone else asking

ive checked the database under ps category product and it shows only single entries as it should. The module i use on the homepage is only the standard module but it also duplicates on categories etc.

Hi, i dont know if anybody has come accross this before, but I have added some new products today and they have duplicated several times. When i check the back office there is only 1 product showing, but front office there is 5, sometimes more. ive attached a photo to see what you guys think. Also i updated to prestashop 1.6.1.3 last week, so could possibly be related? Regards Ross WIlkes

Hi Guys, I am having a little trouble with the php.ini file at the moment, I have 700 products and 28,000 categories, sometimes I get a few errors relating to memory and also pages take a while to load, I'm using Heart Internet as my provider however I was just wondering the ideal php.ini file that I could create to maximise performance on my end? Hi, i am looking for a module to be created, or if there is already one available where another website can export selected orders and send them me via email as an xml file, i then need my module to be able to read the xml file and create the orders automatically as they are sent, so if the other website sends me 50 orders in an xml file, my website will show 50 orders waiting to be processed online. Hi All, I have been looking through my site recently and ive noticed that a lot of my clicks from search engines etc seem to be going to a page not found link, is there somthing that i have done wrong in the .htaccess file? i can't seem to find anything and i don't understand how i can fix it! i have attached an image so you can see what i mean, any help would be greatly appreciated.
