Hi Thanks for that, however that removes the sub categories completely. All I want to do is to remove the image box. We do not require images on the sub catagories. Ken

Mike Have just tried to re-install using Opera. I get as far as verifying the database and the system locks up. Ken

No only to see what it looks like. It is a site that will be developed in the near future. At the moment it is used for testing purposes only. I think it is better than using xampp Have check the permissions on the theme folder and files and all set at 777

Mike I have spoken to our hosting provider who have said to delete the software, then reboot the srever and try re-installing the software. I will give this a go and post a screen shot in the same fault occurs.

Hi Thanks for the quick response We are using Easyspace, on our virtual server. We have 2 other prestashop sites both using earlier versions of the software with no problems. Files were uploaded using Filezilla

Hi I have tried to load prestashop 1.47 and 1.5 on my server and have had the same problem with both versions. The progress bar gets to 78% and then stops with an error message. The process stops at "install theme" and returns an error of 1. object Object Can anyone help with this problem Thanks

Hi I hope someone can help. My shop is based in the UK. I want to sell to Ireland. I do not want to sell to any of the other countries at the moment. I tried setting up a new zone called Ireland and then set up the shipping rate. No problems with all of that. However when you log in as coming from Ireland it shows the prices exclusive of VAT. If I use the Europe group then VAT is included. I have tried to find a place to add VAT to my Ireland zone but cannot find anything. Can anyone help

When I uploaded my PDF's they appeared in the right hand box on section 7. You need to move them to the left hand box then update and they should be there. Regards Ken
