Hello everyone, Im facing issues with the categories in the back-office and i cannot find where the problem lays and any solution to it. So basically the issues are: When i go to Categories > Parent Category > Subcategory, and click to go to Page 2 it sends me back to Parent Categories (where all the Parent Categories are) When i try to search for a Subcategory that is in Page 2, then i get "No records found" error message. IF though, while on that screen, i click the "Back" button (on the browser), then somehow it sometimes appears the correct results Those categories that are in Page 2, are not visible in the front end. Meaning, if you take a product that is under that category and search it in the frond end, it finds it, but the breadcrumb shows "Home > [Product Name]" instead of "Home > [Parent Category] > [subcategory] > [Product Name]" What could cause this? Anyone had to deal with something similar?

Hello there, I migrated my old prestashop customer into the new one, and i would like to convert all guests into customers, but i dont seem to be able to find a way to do it. I can do that individually per user/guest by clicking on "Transform guest into a customer", but not all together.. Is there a way to transform all currently existing guests into customers? (as i will not be allowing guest checkouts anymore) Thank you!!!!

Hello everyone!! I'm having a struggle here and i don't seem to be finding the right answers so i'm opening a topic regarding my issue. We successfully migrated all categories/products from an old prestashop version to the latest one. Now, when we migrated, all html styling within the product descriptions (fonts, styling etc) where imported as well. My question is - I s there a way to remove all formatting of the product descriptions from all products? or is there a way to re-import all product descriptions without any formatting or even specific formatting would be even better? The fonts and styling used in the previous product description are really bad and don't fit the new eshop, and editing 1000 products will take a while and its a hustle. Did anyone came across this before? Any other solutions that i didn't think of are more than welcome Thank you in advance!!

We would like the below 1. Create a login access to each supplier/account/company (account can be either active or inactive) 2. Allow the suppliers to login to the back office and have access to the below: View only their customers Add/edit & delete products/images/attributes...etc Note: (Categories will be created/managed via the super admin) Can we control the max number of product? or by using packages?) View orders and some basic reporting Create vouchers (can this be limited?) Is the above possible in Prestashop? or any available plugins to achieve this? Thank you

Hi, One of our client have requested to allow not logged in members to add items/products into their favorite! How can we achieve this? currently you are forced to create an account however; this feature is really important for our client! Thanks in advance!

tomerg3, thank you for your quick reply, i thought the information mentioned was enough to get some basic help, below is what i have: Under Shipping > Price Ranges i have the below info: from 1.00 Euro to 1000 Euro i have one carrier as follow: Transit time = 0 Speed Grade = 0 url (empty) Apply shipping cost = true Shipping and handling = true Zone -> Cyprus as for the shipping, i have the below info: Handling charges = 1 Free shipping starts at 100 Euro Free shipping starts at 0 KG

I still can't find any solution, any one is interested to help, we could agree on a payment. What i need is the following: Carriers we only ship locally (No international) we have our own delivery service free shipping start > 100 Euro, if order is less than that then we charge 3 euro no tax included As for payment, we need to allow the client either to pay via “PayPal” or “Pay cash on delivery” That’s all.

Hi, i am really having trouble understanding how to setup our company shipping charges 1) Shipping Setup: We only ship locally (we only sell locally) if cart > 100 then apply free shipping if cart < 100 then add 3Euro extra charges 2) Payment option i have installed the pay on delivery module, however; i don’t see it on the front end website. Basically the visitor must be asked if they wish to pay online or pay on delivery. Thanks in advance

The questions is the following, I need to create two menu items as follow: 1. Categories (simply display all categories or a drop down list with all available categories) 2. Products (simply display all products) If I can create both menu items from "Top horizontal menu" module, how would I link them to my need above?
