Hi, I had the same problem, apparently the client groups are disabled by default. For active this option in backoffice go to: Advanced Parameters -> Performance parameters -> Optional features And select YES in Customer Groups option. Good luck I had the same problem, in my case the problem was solved by activating the use of groups -
