Hi, After installing a free theme for Prestashop 1.6 I'm experiencing different problems. Many modules are messed up. PayPal: When a client pays with paypal the order is not created in the backoffice. Credit Card: When paying with CC not order is created also. It is very confusing... I don´t understand what is going on. I reset, Unistalled & reinstalled the modules without any success. I had to disable all this modules for now. Anyone knows how can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I installed a Theme from template monster but I have some problems. 1. In the Home page suppose to be 3 products per row, but instead there are only 2 per row. Products photos look to big for that reason. (pic from the template showing 3 products) 2nd problem is whit the product page. Pics are huge for some reason. Any idea what the problem is?

Thanks Nemo! ! I was having many different issues after updating from 1.5 to 1.6 Prices appear as 0€ when there are combinations, I saw that this could be a theme issue. I installed a new template & then all pics of products were gone. Finally I used the 1.6 Database to make a fresh installation. But probably there was no need for that... but anyway it is done already.

Hi, After installing a theme from Template monster I can't see any of my products pics. Now there is only a question mark "?" I got this message after installing the theme. Any idea on how to solve the problem? Thanks in advance!

Hi Everyone. I have had problems with Prestashop since I did 1 Click updated from 1.5 to 1.6 Decided to make a new installation & start over and somehow import all the files & data from my backup. How can I import all the information from the old store backups? - Orders, Clients... - Categories, Products, Descriptions in different languages, Images ? During prestashop installation I'm asked to created a new database... I can't see how to use the old database.

During prestashop installation I'm having problem with the old database. Prestashop ask me for the database info to connect & give me this error: "At least one table with same prefix was already found, please change your prefix or drop your database" I know it is because this database alreasy has the files. But how can I solve the problem?? If someone knows a better way to make a fresh install of 1.6 & recover all the info from the backups please, let me know. I don't really know what I'm doing... any help is very welcome!!

I just changed the "false" for "true" But i see no difference. What should I see? Website still give me the same Error.

Hi everyone, This morning after I deactivate the default cart abandonment to offer discounts something happened. I don't think is related to the module. Every time I try to open my website or go to the back office I get this message. I don't know what to do... Never had this problem before & I think i didn't do anything to get that Error. Now I can't access the website at all. Someone knows what the problem is or how to solve it?

Same s**t diferent day. Yesterday night the website was working. This morning everything working. Now I go to prepare all the shipments & website is not even loading at times or it takes minutes. Terrible service from Godaddy. Any other hosting you can recommend?

I have exactly the same problem. Called Godaddy & they told me is because i'm over the bandwidth limint. Just logged into my account to check and it is not true. I'm way way under the limits in bandwidth. In my case is also intermitent. I think it may be related to some rush hours. Around 3PM GMT - 5PM GMTis impossible to load to the admin website. morning & night time is ok. Problem appears around 3-5pm GMT. (I'm located in Spain)

Hola He visto en el foro que algunos usuarios comentan sobre los altos precios para envios internacionales. Suele ser barato enviar desde Alemania o UK a cualquier parte de Europa, pero desde España es muy caro enviar a cualquier otro país. Sin duda es uno de los mayores problemas que he tenido estos últimos años. En mi caso las ventas en España han caído considerablemente, mientras la demanda por parte de clientes extranjeros ha crecido. Actualmente enviamos en 3 días a Europa por unos 10-13€ Antes trabajábamos con otra empresa que ofrecía el mismo servicio por unos 6.5 - 8€. Debido a que nuestro volumen no es muy grande nos subieron los precios un 100% y tuvimos que dejar de trabajar con ellos. Imagino que otras personas se encuentran con esta misma situación. Tal vez podríamos juntarnos 2 o 3 personas para aumentar el volumen de nuestros envíos a nivel Europeo y conseguir conseguir una tarifa razonable. En estos momentos perdemos dinero con todos los envíos que hacemos fuera de España, pues cobramos a los clientes solo 7€ (frente a los 10-13€ que cuestan realmente) De lo contrario no comprarían y estos clientes cada vez suponen una mayor parte de las ventas de la web. How can I do that? I can not access the back office. Also I don't see any htaccess using File Manager in Cpanel. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Somehow I was able to access the back office & the website seems to we working right now. I have no idea what happened, I didn't change anything.... I think there is still some problem with the Friendly URL.
