  3. Hello, is there anyone that has had my same problem and has resolved it? I would like to reactivate my shop, I am only waiting to resolve this upgrading issue and I'm quite desperate because nobody answers... I have sent on the 20/03/13 an email to [email protected], but nobody has answered as well. I waited for a response and on the 05/04/13 I called the +33 (0)1 83 64 16 54 They said they hadn't received my email (?!), so I forwarded it again, they received it and said that I would receive an answer... but who knows when... Should I pay €150 for the technical intervention ticket? Glad for any advice!
  4. Hello everyone, I am a basic user and do not understand PHP, etc., but I hope somebody can help me. When I log in the Back Office the Dashboard says "New version of PrestaShop is available! : Download 1.5.3 stable !". I have already installed the "1-click Upgrade" Module. The pre-Upgrade checklist in "Back Office > Tools > Upgrade" is all green. At "Start your Upgrade" there is written: "Your current prestashop version 1.4.6.2", "Latest official version for channel minor 1.4.10 stable (1.4.10.0)". The problem is that the "Version comparison" is not working properly since this message appears: "PrestaShop Original version: Error: Unable to check md5 files" There is the animation of the clock that just keeps spinning on and on, and he can't find the "differences between versions". So when I try to click on "Upgrade Prestashop Now!" nothing happens. I have read in the Users Guide that two sections "Activity Log" and "Rollback" should appear, but they do not appear, so I'm unable to upgrade. Can you help me resolve this issue?
