  1. It looks like the number in the url was causing the issue. Once I removed the number, it started to work.
  2. I have added a product along with images, stock and made it available within a category. However the problem arrises when I try to view the product on the front end of the website. I can see the product at the category level, but I cannot 'quick view' it nor can I click into it to view the product detail page. Instead I get the error: There is 1 error. Product not found. (the screen shot is attached) I have another 1600 products on the website, and ALL of them are visible at the product level. It's only this one product causing the problem. This is the product page: http://www.gallerygiftsonline.co.uk/thimble-cabinets/36-space-thimble-cabinet.html I'm using PrestaShop version: 1.6.1.4
  3. I've done that alreay. All titles have been added but they are not showing on the registration form for new customers.
  4. I know how to create the social titles in the BO, but how do I display the titles (Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms) on the registration form? I've gone to Countries > United Kingdom but the address format does not have any option to add a title or social title. What do I need to add here?
  5. Hi Terry I backed up everything beforehand so it wasn't a huge job getting it all back up again. There must be a better solution to the problem, I would get in touch with Realex and see what they say about it.
  6. I re-installed PS and managed to get it working with Realex. Now I have another problem with Realex not redirecting me back to the confirmation page. So no payment is being taken and no orders are being recorded in the BO. Spoken to Realex who have said that they can see a server overload error. So I increased mem limit to 320M ! and I'm still having the same problem.
  7. I have installed PS 1.6.1.0, I've got everything setup and working however I am facing an odd problem. When an order is placed and payment is taken the order confirmation via email and back office shows no product information in the order. All pricing, shipping and taxes are shown but there are no product details. If i go in to the BO and view Customers > Shopping Carts, the product information is visible here. I am using Realex payment module and to make sure it's not the module that's causing the problem I switched the payment option to COD (cash on delivery) and I experienced the exact same problem. The customer order confirmation (HTML) DOES show the product information and seems to be working fine but the PDF generated invoice does not show any product information at all. After viewing the error logs in the BO I get the following error: Frontcontroller::init - Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart Can anyone shed some light on this issue? UPDATE - I just installed the PayPal module and I am getting the same problem although payment is still going through.
  8. I've had a client website running on prestashop for over a year. The site was on a dedicated server (Cent OS) environment and was running perfectly fine. However after backing up all the files and db, and transferring over to my new server (much faster, with better spec and same environment) the website loads up fine but all category pages give me a 'Not Found' error which says "The requested URL /category-name/ was not found on this server. I've deleted the .htaccess file, and switched off friendly url's and cleared browser cache and tried to view the category pages, but the links send me back to the homepage. However all product images are visible. If I delete the .htaccess file, and turn on friendly url's so a new .htaccess file is created, I get the page not found error along with no product images visible. After logging into the BO I can see that all categories do exist and the entire structure is perfectly intact along with all product images. I've tried to regenerate product images with friendly url's switched on and I get the same page not found error with images visible. I've also tried to regenerate product images with friendly url's switched off and I get the looping to homepage scenario with no images visible. I'm thinking about doing a clean install but I really want to avoid it. Can anyone help? I am using Prestashop version 1.5.6.2
  9. I'm running a client site on PS 1.5.6.2 and the site has been up for around 5 months, the site get's around 20 - 30 orders per day and the other day a customer placed an order and made payment however there is no record of his order or payment in the back office > Orders. The only record of the payment and transaction is on SagePay. Any reason why this would happen? I've never come across this before.
  10. This works great but it doesn't display Free Shipping when clicking on 'Estimate Shipping' button in the checkout page. When you click 'NEXT' and proceed, it displays Free Shipping for any carrier which is fine but I would like it to display in the previous step too.
  11. Prestashop's default method of adding FREE SHIPPING is done on the value of an order irrespective of the VAT. I would like Prestashop to apply FREE SHIPPING to an order BEFORE any VAT is added. At the moment my client's store is giving FREE SHIPPING to any order over £150 INC VAT but this should only be applied when the order is over £150 EX VAT. Can someone help me make the modifications to the files to get this done?

  13. I have a problem with my theme on version 1.5.6.2, the issue is to do with product combination discounts. The products on the website are available in different pack sizes and each one will have a discount applied to it. The discount feature does work, and shows the correct discount on the check out page and in the basket but it does not show the correct discounted price on the product detail page for each combination. Instead it displays £0.00 I've researched this issue and it may be theme related or a JS issue in the product.js file. Can anyone shed some light on this?
  14. Just as I posted my query I managed to solve it. It looks like that the HTML templates contain a reference to a color within the inline styles like this: <td style="background-color: {color};</td> If this is the case, how do I change this default colour without amending it in every single HTML file?
