Cleared but still not displaying. I mean the car button on top right side of the web. It shoul appear a pop up with the cart products and total at the right of the screen, but something blocks the pop up. If you add products to cart from product pages or even from homepage, it works, but cannot go to the summary of the cart using this button. I found this error below, I don´t know if it can be the reason Thanks,

When clicking on Cart button on the header it does not open and page ends blocked. Seems something blocks action and is no possible to continue navigating after on. Our URL is librosderuta.com with prestashop 1.7.7. We suffered the same problem a few months ago, it was a FB module that time causing the problem and solved deactivating it, but this time don´t know how to make cart pop up opens. Tried deactivating some modules recently added and/or updated but cannot find the solution. Thanks

Solucionado. Se había borrado la URL reescrita. Con escribirlo de nuevo se ha soluionado

En prestashop 1.7.7. tras instalar un par de módulos nuevos y actualizar otros, el pop up de añadir al carrito no se abre. Simplemente se oscurece la pantalla y se bloquea. Parece que se carga algo erróneo en vez de visualizarse el carrito. ¿Cómo podemos saber dónde está el error o qué módulo lo provoca? Gracias

Buenos días, Hemos actualizado varios módulos e instalado otros estos últimos días. Y no sabemos muy bien el origen, pero ahora no se visualiza bien nuestra home www.librosderuta.com Resto de páginas parece que se ven bien. ¿A qué puede deberse esto?¿Cómo identificar origen del problema? Gracias

Problem solved. A module for FB pixel was causing the problem. Deactivating it works again. We´ll configure it carefully to avoid this problem but at the same time sending data to our Fb account. Thanks for your help

Thanks. I contacted them, waiting for their response. Meanwhile, I tried renaming blockart module of my theme but website seems not to change.

Hace ya un tiempo que el módulo de comentarios de Prestashop nos dejó de funcionar. Tenemos la tienda en la versión 1.6.1.7 y el módulo de Comentarios v 3.6.1. Hemos probado a reinicializarlo pero sin éxito. Sí se ven los comentarios, pero ni se abre la posibilidad de añadir nuevos comentarios ni lleva al enlace para ver otros. Es como si new_comment_form o idTab5 funcionaran cuando se pulsa sobre el botón correspondiente del cuadro de comentarios de cada ficha de producto.

We are using this module for mailchimp and prestashop integration, but it seems not all data it´s being synced. Anyone using it? https://addons.prestashop.com/es/newsletter-sms/26957-mailchimp-for-prestashop.html Does this module sync sales data, products and other info? which are the list fields and names needed for a complete synchronization?
