  1. Where is it supposed to store people's email addresses? I believe I've already uninstalled, and reinstalled it. It isn't a module that I added - it was one that I just had to enable to use it, so all I've done is disable it, and re-enable it - I'm not sure how to do much more with it than that :\ Thank you for your reply
  2. This is my site here: http://www.thefunkyorchard.com/ The news letter sign up block is in the left column. Previously it has worked without a problem. However, I became aware earlier this week that it is no longer sending me emails to tell me when someone has signed up for the news letter. Three people (at least) signed up for the newsletter this week. All three received confirmation that they had signed up for it. However I've not received notification of the sign ups, and I can't find anywhere in Prestashop to view people signed up to the news letter. I don't know how to find out why it has stopped working, let alone how to fix it. I had just sent out a newsletter (with a voucher code in it) when I discovered that new sign ups weren't working, so I need to get it fixed asap, because I know people are trying to sign up, and because they're receiving notification that it's worked, they can't know that they need to sign up again after I've fixed it. Thanks in advance, Nim
  3. It tells you how to change it from the logo to a product image! (You only glanced at it didn't you ) Your reply to the forum hadn't actually turned up when I sent my second message. I'm too tired to actually follow the link you posted now. Can you answer my question from my previous comment though? The stuff you originally posted a couple of years ago - which file is it in?
  4. Hey Jeevan. I've found the answer. It's the header.tpl fil. Good article here: http://blog.dh42.com/prestashop-and-og-tags/
  5. I also need to know which file this is in, please? Could one of the OPs let us know? I'm using Prestashop4.0, but may move to 5 eventually, so it would also be useful to know whether the same changes will work in 5?
  6. Oooo, that may do the trick, thank you, though I'd been hoping for something a little smaller. Do you know whether it's compatible with 1.4.9?
  7. I could be completely loony toons, but it appears that there is no way for customers to log in to my site once they have an account: http://www.thefunkyorchard.com/ Am I right? I believe the 'log in' is in the 'top of pages' hidden behind my menu. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to move it to the left column, because the things I've tried haven't worked ... or to point me towards a module that simply adds a 'log in' (and nothing else) to the left column. Pretty please
  8. I take that back. No, I've not suddenly worked out how to attach a screeprint, but I have managed to get rid of the link. I selected the tick in that option. Saved. Then re-selected the cross. Saved. Ta-da, it be gone! Please don't ask me to understand why that worked :-s
  9. Ok, admittedly I hadn't spotted that option .. BUT .... it's already got the cross selected, so why isn't it working? I would upload a screenprint to show you, only I can't work out how to embed a picture as you have .. and that is embarassing lol.
  10. I'm sorry tdr170, but I think you may be talking about a different version of Prestashop. When I go to CMS configuration there is a list of the links that are in the CMS block, but 'Our Stores' is not in that list, as such there is no way to select 'no' for it. The only place where there is an edit option for the CMS block is in the module section, where I can 'configure' it, but this only changes which links are displayed in the footer, and again 'our stores' is not an option to turn on and off here. I despair!
  11. Help! How do I get rid of the 'Our Stores' link in the CMS block on the left? I have been through everything on this thread, but none of it makes any difference. I already have the Stores Block disabled. When I go to CMS block, configure, there is no option to disabled the 'Our Stores' link, but it only has the links for the footer there anyway. Same with the Information block in Positions. Plus: - in tools > stores, I have all store contacts disabled, and have disabled the address in the stores table. - I've tried editing the .tpl and .php CMS files NONE OF IT WORKS!!!! I am using version 1.4.9. Please can someone help.
  12. Awesome. You are officially my hero!!!! (That means it worked). My website is ready to go now (except for the pesky paypal problem). Woohoo
  13. I'm uncertain whether it's normal or not, but my background scrolls with the page. I would prefer it to be stationary. Is there a simple easy way to acheive this?
