  1. I found a away round it by manipulating weights. Our products don't have weights within Prestashop, so if you set different weight parameters within your shipping settings, then apply the weight ranges to the products, this will work. Not ideal but at least it's a way round it. There's a bit more info on this thread: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/927202-ps-174-multiple-carriers-conflcit-on-checkout/?tab=comments#comment-3159487
  2. @joe16 My issue was slightly different to the original post, see link below to my post which got zero response from the prestashop team, despite being such a huge flaw. That said, I managed to figure out a workaround using product weights. Our prestashop site doesn't actually use weights within our store, we have all these in our our 3rd party despatch system. So I set up weight restrictions for shipping methods then assigned all the products that couldn't go to certain countries specific weights. Hope that possibly helps.
  3. I placed it in the header.tpl. I have also tried the Prestashop analytics plugin (did not track correctly) and the a paid for module - Google Analytics Pro - which showed all revenue as direct traffic and did not work with campaigns for adwords / mailing lists etc. I'll give it another go and see if it works and let you know.
  4. Hi, I tried this, however it did not track any revenue in our campaigns (adwords / mailing list) or in the ecommerce section of analytics, did this work for you?
  5. @victor_pg1 Did you ever find a solution for this? I have just posted about the same issue and it is causing major issues for our store. Thanks
  6. Prestashop version: 1.7.5.1 There is a major issue with Shipping / Carriers on Prestashop 1.7.5.1. Our Prestashop store has specific products that can only go via certain carriers. If you add one product to your cart, that has a restriction, this works as it should and the message - Unfortunately, there are no carriers available for your delivery address. - shows on checkout. However, if you add another product to your cart, that has no carrier restriction, it allows the customer to complete checkout, and then splits the order into 2 orders (they then show as linked orders in admin). I noticed this error in the past on Prestashop 1.6, however the work around to this was to disable one page checkout and used the 5 step process. There is no such option in Prestashop 1.7. and this issue is going to cause a lot of problems have we specific products we cannot ship outside the UK. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you
  7. @JBW The error was as follows: Compile Error: PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Adapter\Module\Module::instanciateLegacyModule(): Failed opening required '/home/DOMAIN/public_html/modules/contactform/recaptcha.php' (include_path='/home/DOMAIN/public_html/vendor/pear/pear_exception:/home/DOMAIN/public_html/vendor/pear/console_getopt:/home/DOMAIN/public_html/vendor/pear/pear-core-minimal/src:/home/DOMAIN/public_html/vendor/pear/archive_tar:.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/share/pear') However, a developer have since done the following which is allowing me to use all the functions in modules section again: 1) disabled recaptcha module (not sure how he did this as it wouldn't let me disable, perhaps via ftp) 2) deleted cache folder 3) enabled recaptcha module again Hope that helps.
  8. I am also experiencing this issue with the modules section of the admin. We moved from test sub domain to live domain and I'm getting the error, but with the recaptcha module. I also can not uninstall / enable / disable any modules. Did anyone get a solution for this? Clearing cache did not work. Thanks in anticipation.
  9. Thank you for your reply. I ended up getting it working again by turning off Smart cache for JavaScript and turning on Move JavaScript to the end. However my settings had been the same for over a year. After that I changed the settings back to how they were and it was working. The hosting company said there were no changes made, however I think it may have been something at their end.
  10. Hi, hopefully someone can help. All the ajax functions in prestashop have stopped working on our website inexplicably. This includes search drop down, add to cart, delete products in cart etc. As such I've had to put our shop in maintenance mode. We have 2 shops on domain, one is on prestashop 1.6.0.14 and one is on prestashop 1.6.1.9 and the issue has affected both. Can anyone advise what may have caused this? Thank you
  11. Hi I had a similar issue but was getting a white screen. I found that by going into the order status settings on "Shipped" and unticking the option "Set the order as shipped." fixes the error. I'm not sure what that function actually anyway does as the order status still changes to shipped and the customer still receives an email. Hope that helps
  12. No, I am asking how to add the values to what the previous poster said: -- Another thing to try, since you run 1.6.0.14, is to add those values to your /config/config.inc.php under: /* Improve PHP configuration to prevent issues */ -- I don't need to add them to a php.ini file as I can change them directly on the server via the php config tool.
  13. The max_input_time & max_execution_time are both currently set to 3000 via the php configuration. How exactly would I set it in the config, would it be: ini_set('max_execution_time', 3000); ini_set('max_input_time', 3000); Also, how could I change the resource issue / limitation? Our new server is more powerful than our previous server. Thank you
  14. Hi NemoPS When trying to generate the invoices, it generates the error after approx 40 seconds. The size of the file wouldn't be overly large either only a couple of mb max. Any assistance would be apprecaited.
  15. Hi I am running prestashop 1.6.0.14 I have an issue when trying to generate PDF invoices. If there are less than 100 invoices to generate, there is no problem, however if there are over 100 then I get a 500 Internal Server Error. I have tried enabling PS_MODE_DEV, however no information is provided (still get the 500 error page). The error also generates when trying to do something in bulk, e.g. regenerate all images / delete lots of products. I have changed the memory_limit on my server to 1024M within the PHP configurator, and changed the max_execution_time to 3000, this still didn’t work. Whilst doing further tests I changed the memory_limit to -1 for unlimited without success. Can anyone else suggest anything to change? I believe it has to be the server configuration as it has only been an issue since we switched servers last month. I have been searching for hours but can’t find a solution on these forums. My new hosting company are looking into it but thought someone on here may have come across this before with a solution? Thank you.
