i used the free tool and i was ready to buy the premium tool but i think i wait i read the last comment i think ill wait for the reply. customer support is realy slow and in 2 words. the probleem i have is that all the prices and pictures disapeared after importing. import didnt work with connector see image so i had to use a back up file. so now after importing de backup zipfile. prices combinations features atributes are gone. and if i try to edit a product everything goes wrong. so it definitly not working as described. i would look for another module

Hi there, i installed a theme where the facebook like module is placed at the below right corner in the footer. after the installation of the theme. it's say "no template found for "blockfacebook_mod" can anybody please help me out. i really dont know how to fix this. i've added a picture of it. it is in dutch. Please someone help me. thanx

Hello, i got a problem with the translations. i've added a dutch translation pack. but still it shows a lot of text in english. so randomly enlish and dutch. for example the cart button at the product page. why is not everything translated. i know i can translate by manualy via translations etc. but this is a lot of work. there must be a way to let prestashop do the translation esspecsialy the most important buttons like ADD TO CART for example. i've added a screenshot. please anyone?

Hallo allemaal, ik heb na het wijzigen van de bootstrap theme (naar 3 kolommen) een probleem met het correct weergeven van de facebook like module. hoe zorg ik er voor dat ik dit in het linker of rechter kolom correct kan weergegeven. hieronder een screenshot van het probleem alvast bedankt voor de hulp. groet
