  1. Most probably there is an error in the mail configuration. I would suggest you to post a ticket to siteground tech support via your user area so that they can look into this issue.
  2. As it seems that you have either not supplied the correct details for the MySQL server you trying to install the script itself in one location while the database is hosted on another server and you have not allowed access to it.
  3. There are several paid solutions you can find here: http://catalogo-onlinersi.com.ar/24-news-banners-prestashop-modules Still you might want to look for a free one
  4. It is not included by default in PrestaShop. You can either post the order yourself via the front end then adjust it according to your needs via the admin backend. Alternatively, yes there is a module for this. However, it is paid contribution, and I have not tested it personally. Still feel free to check it: http://www.prestaworks.com/various/30-new-order-20.html
  5. This is not an expected behavior. Maybe for some reason your session is lost after registration. Have you observed any special events while completing the registration? Such as change of the store URL. For example from the domain name without www prefix to domain with www or vice versa? In any case, the cart content should be kept after registration. if you are using an older version of Presta Shop it might be good to consider upgrading to the latest release.
  6. Possibly a file/folder permission issue. Make sure the files and theme folders you have uploaded are writable. Permissions set to 755 should work on a linux server.
  7. You can check the available analytics and stats modules: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/63-analytics-stats#1 Maybe one of those would work better for you. Still I believe the default statistics are not that bad you should be able to work with them once they are reset as you wanted to.
  8. This is currently not implemented so what I can advise you to do is: Login to prestashop admin -> stats -> Settings and set Clean Automatically to weekly. Once stats are reset - set it back to never. Hope that helps.
  9. You might want to give a link to your online store or the test environment you are working on so more specific information could be provided. Never easy to shoot in the dark
  10. Under the PrestaShop admin backend - Go to Preferences -> Contact. You can enter all information there including the shop name. This is the information for invoices issued by the PrestaShop software. The exact name that will appear on the buyer bank statement depends on your payment processor. You should check it with them.
  11. This should have been fixed in PrestaShop 1.3.2 according to the bug tracker. http://www.prestashop.com/bug_tracker/view/4494/ Have you tried upgrading your prestashop instance?
  12. Just change the form background image that is seen in the code: ../img/form_bg.jpg You can either replace the image or upload a new one and change the path to reflect the new image name/location.
  13. The template files should be indeed located under the Themes folder. Note that all theme files should be located under a separate sub-directory for the Themes folder. If this is the case and you are not seeing the theme under the appearance section for PrestaShop then there is something wrong with the template you are trying to use.
