  1. I'm having the same problem. I can not allow it to accept payments without the state because without the state then sales taxes will not be applied to residents of Louisiana, so I'll be losing 4% of profits for local customers when profit margins are already extremely tight in some cases. I've lost four customers to this error so far and I'm ready to trash the whole joke of a program known as PrestaShop. It's been a massive fight every step of the way and if I can't get things figured out soon I'm going to be forced to scrap the last three months of work building and populating the website to start from scratch with a new platform. I ONLY allow sales inside the USA. Only with the US dollar. All the US states have been loaded and set up properly. Error has been replicated on Apple and Windows platforms using Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. Can someone please help me out? I'm trying to grow this business but I can't do that when I can't even accept a payment.
  2. Okay... for some reason, after I posted this, I went back and it all started working. I have NO CLUE what changed, but I gained access to all the options I was missing.
  3. I've been fighting this for days trying to figure out why my tax rules won't work. I finally ran across an outdated write-up explaining the process and I realized I'm missing A LOT of information on my tax rules page! When I create or edit a tax rule it ONLY shows the name and Enable/Disable. While the page is loading there is a VERY brief flash of a lot more options that show up, but they instantly disappear. I think not having access to those options is what's causing my problems. Is anyone else experiencing this? What can I do to correct the problem?
  4. I'm no computer guy but I'm always down for a challenge, so I've taken on the task of building my online store myself. This has proven to be a terrible idea, but I'm a man, so I refuse to give up until I have no other choice. Last night and this morning I fought my way through getting my maintenance screen the way I want it and that was a RIDICULOUS amount of work, but it's good, now. However, I went to start working in the shop again and now my arrow buttons are all missing; I only have blue question marks, now! Is it possible I screwed up something in my delirium last night? Anyone know what I messed up?
  5. I fought with this for about four hours last night. I'm no programmer, so I was about ready to throw my laptop off the roof. What finally fixed my issue was the 755. However, I ran into the problem again when attempting to replace the image that pops up on the maintenance page, and 755 didn't help at all. Have you tried: Go to public_html > img Delete "logo.png" Upload your logo file with 755 permissions Rename your file to "logo.png" (right-click and select "Rename file" since simply changing the text didn't seem to work for me) That may or may not work- it was part of what I was fighting through last night. Again, I suck at computers, but I figure it may help if you at least have something else to try.
