also when i look at the database i have 61 tables

when i try to install presta shop i never can pass the 13% or 15% i have try everything, changes the databases, clean isnstalls, everything!! i really need help i paid for the template and now it is useless. I am using dreamhost as a hosting company.

Please help, i try to install and when it gets to 12% i get the message SQL error on query Table 'ps_access' already exists I have tried to delete the database several times , reinstall prestashop 3 times, change the name of the tables like 6 times and nothing!!, i searched the web and only partial asters. please help!!!
