Same issue here. I would like to place an EXTERNAL link to my LOF footer, cannot figure out how to do it. I've tried the method suggested by Paulito, doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Same problem here, nothing helped. Have subcategories, have pages, still, cannot create a CMS block ("you must choose at least one page or subcategory"). Read all the threads, still no result. I'm running 1.4.2.5. Please help
