Hello and thank you in advance for any help or advice. Just did a fresh install via ftp of the newest version and when I am trying to update or add images or click through the sections from time to time it will what seems like time out and make me log back in, this would make sense if I was taking too long between requests but it happens pretty often. Has anyone seen this before and is there a fix for it thank you.

Hello and thanks in advance for any tips or advice. Just did a fresh install via ftp of the newest version and I am getting several errors or glitches that are causing gray hairs. The first is the error message I get when trying to install modules both paid and free "Error could not perform action install for module undefined" I have been able to successfully install only one module and that was afterpay all others provide the code above. Can someone please shed some light on what may be the issue and what I need to do to resolve it. Thank you again

I added weight to the products that i listed in the shop yes.

Hello, I have carriers set up properly and all of the zones set correctly in both areas of BO Localization and payments, I have 0 set under the free shipping triggered at both price and weight and I do not have it selected "free shipping" in the carrier mod. Yet and still once the amount in my shopping cart goes above $20.00 USD instead of it triggering the next lvl of shipping cost based on assigned weight, it will simply provide free shipping and then the "no carrier for this address" error will appear, I have been looking at all of the old supposedly solved issues with no success as none of these apply to version 1.6.11. I am willing and able to pay to have this matter resolved if necessary as I need to have the site running properly before launching an ad campaign. Any and all help is great appreciated. Hello and thank you in advance for any help you can provide. Basically I have set up the authorize.net AIM module and everything is working correctly on the authorize and processor side, however when i go to check out after selecting the payment method, instead of taking through the process at authorize.net it simply reloads the same checkout page, it will not go past it and I cannot figure out what it is that i have done wrong. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Hello, is anyone else having any issues with the bluepay payment mod not allowing customers to get past the payment screen, it wont even process the payment it simply rolls over the process order button without any result? Any help is appreciated.

2 issues really one, I cannot seem to get the shipping estimator to work properly it seems to be loading on the page and providing the option to chose country then zip but it will not load any carriers etc... Further I cannot seem to change the free shipping to regular shipping at all no mater what i do it still reads free shipping and I have tried all of the fixes that i could find here but none so far has worked. Please someone let me know what i can do about this to get it working properly.

Anyone find a solution to the problem that can fix this issue?

Thank you for that information I ended up learning that, and please correct me if i am wrong and there is a better way, to go to the preferences>CMS and then create and new category adding the particular page to that category, ei category = Terms and Condition or Privacy, then saving and going to the CMS block in modules and click to add that information to the footer Seems to me a bit of a long process and a bit tedious was hoping for a shorter method but that is what i have seen. Hello I am sure this topic has been covered several times over but for whatever reason i cannot seem to find it in the forums. Basically i have gone to BO at Prefereces>CMS and changed the Policy and TOS but cannot find out how to either add it to the footer or where i need to turn it on in the footer. Unless there is a better place for this, I notice that some sites have these items listed under the information tab links in the footer but cannot figure out how to put it there either. Any help with this would be appreciated. Cheers,

It seems that for some reason i had the wrong tpl loaded and now that i synced the site with the local files, eventhough yesterday i saved the files to server, that the issue has resolved itself.
