    I'm having this same issue, someone PLEASE PLEASE answer this... I could upload pictures to my products using prestashop 1.3 but after I updated prestashop to 1.6 I could no longer do it. I REALLY need to upload more products! PLEASE HELP!!! (I'm using godaddy for hosting by the way, if it is a hosting problem...)

    I have an etsy account (https://www.etsy.com/shop/woudlers) and have around 40 products listed there...I now want to start my own website so tried exporting the .CSV file then importing them into prestashop, but that didn't work Does anyone know how to get this to work?? I really don't want to upload 40 products one by one haha THANKS!!

    I just updated prestashop from version 1.5.4.0 to 1.6 and it didn't upgrade so well.... I really liked the way the default "bootstrap" theme looked, but my layout looks nothing like it should, why not?? My website is www.woudlers.com please check it out and let me know THANKS!

    I have a problem with my theme, I just updated from version 1.5.4.0 and everything is out of place! I really liked the layout of the default "bootstrap" theme, but mine looks nothing like that! -How do I get just the left column on my website?? I don't know how to upload image, so my website is www.woudlers.com Thanks

    Ok nevermind, I found the file. It's just looking in the wrong place, how would I tell prestashop to look in a different folder? Or should I move the "mails" folder into the "default" folder?

    I checked to see if I had that file, and the furthest I got was the "default" folder, there was no "mails" folder in my ftp file manager. If I do create these files, what would I put in them? Thanks

    I went into "email template" translations and edited my template... but whenever I click save, I get this error Cannot write language file for email subjects. Path is: /home/copa85/public_html/themes/default/mails/en/lang.php (This is an error with the file on my godaddy hosting ftp files I think) But why won't it save, any suggestions? Thanks

    I'm very new to all of this... I can't find the .htaccess file. it would be in my ftp folder right? also I read in another thread to make/edit a file "php.ini" file...would I write the same code in that file or something different?? Please help, thanks a ton!!!

    In my backoffice when I go to preferences<Themes the only theme options there are are for the desktop...theres the default theme, and the one I have installed (blackhawk)

    I downloaded this module, and tried uploading it under "add new module" but when I click install it says it cannot be installed on this version of prestashop I am using Prestashop 1.5.4.0 Thanks in advance

    When I go to my website on my phone, my logo and buttons and search bar overlap eachother, and it is very annoying because I'm going to be getting the most views on my mobile site... Is there any way to fix this?? Or am I able to have one theme for my full site, and another for my mobile site? My website is: Woudlers.com I'm using the theme "Black Hawk" I appreciate any and all help!! Thanks

    Wow thanks for the very speedy reply... In the module "configuration" I changed the Placement from the left side bar to the header and now it works great!! Thanks SOLVED
