No absolutely white screen now i reinstalled from the backup and working :-) but really is scare used one click update in update say error in rollback say error and after this all white

I upgrade my webshop from 1.6 to last release yesterday and over not working one click update i try rollback but now my shop is not visible, i cannot access to my back office and i don't know what going on Please help guys any suggestion ??
