Hello, I have a Prestashop 1.5.2.0. My customer ask me to unistall a pop up module "Displays modal window at homepage" that show a pop up on the home page asking the customer to register. Then I activate 2 customer group visitors and guests to see the prices, before only registered user can see the prices. I just do this two simple operations and now my prestashop is totaly lost! I can see only a white page instead of previous website. this is the link http://emporiodoltremare.com. The internal pages like this http://emporiodoltremare.com/index.php?id_category=6&controller=category&id_lang=6 have big css problems. I activate the debug define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); in defines.inc.php but I can't see any error message. In the backoffice I still see all the products and the theme, can you please me help me to solve this big problem? Thanks

Ciao, sono riuscito ad aggiornare il database: ora mi visualizza i prodotti ma non riesco ad accedere piu' al pannello di controllo

Scusa, l'ultima cosa ...... ho il salvataggio del DB effettuato dal BO di prestashop prima di disinstallare, mi riesci a spiegare cosa devo fare passo passo per importarlo?

Ciao e grazie per l'aiuto. Attualmente ho reinstallato prestashop e non mi da piu' i problemi di prima ma non riesco a recuperare il database. Ti spego: ho cancellato il vecchio database con mysql dopo avere fatto il back up sia con il pannello di mysql che con il pannello di prestashop, quando ho reinstallato il sito ho provato a ripristinare il database sia con mysql che ad importarlo con il pannello di prestashop ma non succede niente. Eventualmente mi rassegnero' a reinserire di nuovo i prodotti, ma per i prossimi siti: se faccio una copia completa del sito in locale e succede un problema simile, per risolvere basta fare l'upload del sito o bisogna anche salvare il database? Scusa ma non ho mai realizzato siti di questo tipo, grazie

Ciao, nel pannello di controllo mi ha importato il database ma e' tutto sbagliato prezzi codici ecc... vedo la voce duplica database, e un altra per importare ma che non permette di importare il file che ho salvato prima. E' possibile cancellare tutto ed installare da capo? perche' anche al momento dell'aggiornamento mi diceva che c'erano degli errori

Ciao sono nuovo in questo forum, volevo chiedere se qualcuno mi puo' aiutare. Ho realizzato un sito con prestashop con circa 300 articoli, stamattina al posto della home page ho trovato una pagina bianca con la scritta: Warning: Unexpected character in input: ''' (ASCII=39) state=1 .... Ho cercato nel forum, consigliavano di reinstallare. Ho provato a fare l'aggiornamento alla versione 1.2 ( il sito era sulla 1.1 ) ma non lo aggiornava correttamente, ho provato diverse volte ma mi da degli errori. Adesso sono un po' incasinato, quello che mi preme e' il database, le foto e gli ordini : ho fatto il backup del database attraverso il pannello di controllo, come posso fare per reinstallare tutto da capo e recuperare i vecchi dati? Grazie
