  1. I'm stunned that this is still an issue over a year later - one of several reasons why we had to abandon development with Prestashop after trying it with only a couple of sites.
  2. I had exactly the same issue as you - placing new orders and all emails getting sent as expected *except* the admin notifications. After much hair-pulling I finally found the cause f of the issue - there was an override in my theme for the html version of the notification email but not for the txt version and this, apparently, made Prestashop freak out enough to stop either emails going. I simply copied the "txt" version of the notification from the module into my theme's folder and hey presto(shop) it started working again. Check the module's directory using FTP and see if there is an error log in there and give that a check to see if that's identifying any issues. Also try setting the module to only send HTML or only send TXT versions (for testing purposes only) and see if that helps.
  3. In the end I just ended up having to buy Amazzing Filter extension at a cost of £114.99 to get the faceted search working properly.
  4. So even though it's part of the core it still needs to be installed first?
  5. Oh, you need to install an extra module to receive admin notifications or orders? Have done so now - I did actually come across this one but the description in the modules listing made me think it was for customer notifications instead as all it said was : There's no mention in the description (even when you click to read the full detail) about anything regarding admin notifications? Thanks for the info, however.
  6. Sorted (to an extent) by manually adding in a trailing slash "/" to the start of the problematic URLs. The question remains, however, of whether this should be necessary? Shouldn't the URI setting and the .htaccess be handling this for me?
  7. I've been going round in circles for a couple of hours now trying to find the answer to what I would have thought was a simple question. Where do I set/configure the email address(es) to which new order notifications should go - so for site admins rather than customers? Been testing and I get the order emails on the client's side but nothing comes through to admins.
  8. When i enable SEF URLs on our PS7 site all image links on "internal" pages (ie a product detail page) break as the URL includes the category of the product. So the URL should be "img/product-image.jpg" but instead shows as "product-category/img/product-image.jpg" which is incorrect and thus brings up a 404 for each image. I've got the "shop domain" and "ssl domain" both set as "hwamspares.co.uk" which is our site and the BASE URI is "/" Pages themselves seem to work but not the images. What do I need to do to fix?
  9. I have my faceted search set to show "Price filter (slider)" option and the only choice is to have the filter style as a "list of ranges" however the ranges are being shown as checkboxes instead of, as the name implies, a slider. Why might this be? Also, at least with this default faceted search, when I apply a certain filter there is no display of that filter being applied, only a "clear all" button - i.e. if I choose price range "£50-£100" then the price filter disappears completely and there's no reminder of what I am currently filtering by, or ability to remove just that filter. Is this possible to do or will i need to get a better layered browsing module?
  10. Yeah I had the same issue, changed it to en-GB and it worked.
  11. Sure, the full link to the file (via teh pre-DNS url) is: http://uk4.siteground.eu/~pinnac69/modules/ebay/views/js/categories.js?date=20160523120720 Looks like the line number is 186 according to Chrome Inspector.
  12. I've got a site hooked up to an ebay account but when I click on the setup to load the categories the ajax spinner just sits there indefinitely and when i use Chrome inspector I can see the following javscript error in categories.js?date=20160520040627 Uncaught ReferenceError: id_shop is not defined Under the "store categories" tab it has a message about the ebay account having no shop registered however it also states that this isn't necessary so I don't see why that would cause the error. The site's theme is just a modified bootstrap default and the only addon so far is the related products pro one. Any ideas? The site is on a temporary url - http://uk4.siteground.eu/~pinnac69/index.php
