  1. Is there a way a visitor can see his carts when he logs in to his user account? Something like this URL which shows order history -> https://indianbasket.co.uk/order-history I am looking something like this so that logged in customers can see their old carts / abandoned carts - https://indianbasket.co.uk/my-carts
  2. @Akelwood - I tried the above solution but it didnt work. The error I get on product detail page is "this combination is not available" and Add to cart button is hidden. Any solution?
  3. This worked for me for Prestashop 1.6.1.6. Thank you so much!!
  4. We are integrating RealEx payment gateway with Prestashop 1.6 site and the payment gateway guys are asking for response URL. When asked, what exactly is response URL, they asnwered - A response URL is the address we post the transaction response to. We need this to complete the payment process. Please guide which URL should I share with them? @vekia
  5. I am looking for a good, reliable payment gateway provider for UK which is also easily configurable with Prestashop 1.6. Need a complete gateway, not wallet. We are currently using Paypal but its very expensive.
  6. Thanks codemayday, vekia, nemo1, Phil. I am now moving to inmotion VPS. hope that will be solve the issue.
  7. RAM is 512MB. The another issue we are facing is - when I am exporting product data or simply selecting 1000 products to be displayed at a time, the page takes too much time to process the finally displays 404 error. May be this issue is also linked with PHP processes issue? Please help; thanks in advance
  8. I have put two sites on Godaddy shared hosting (multi-site Linux hosting). Both are running deadly slow. When contacted to Godaddy support, they say that there are unwanted PHP processes running in the backend and that is the reason behind the site speed. And they suggested to kill the processes as a temporary solution. As a resolution, they said that you optimize your scripts which are creating PHP processes. I can even see that RAM usage reaches to max limit when there are number of processes. The processes is mostly "/usr/bin/php". Prestashop version I am using for both the sites is 1.6.0.11. Please guide how to fix the issue.
  9. Our payment gateway company (PayTM) needs the URL of callback page. I really don’t know what is that URL in case of Prestashop 1.6.x. According to the payment gateway company, CALLBACK URL means response page, where payment gateway will be redirecting the customers after completing the payments from payment gateway page. Payment will happen on third party site. Pls guide.
  10. Try to upload adminmodulescontroller.php from the File Manager utility of your hosting account (through browser) and not through FileZilla or any other FTP client. Best Luck.
