The cause was the database being a wrong version. The query retrieving the categories productlist return 0 records because a table-column was missing. Solved it by starting over with a new database.

Hi, How do i make my products show up on the categorypage? I have set up my shop, imported lots of products, created categories and associated several products to categories. See for instance a productpage: http://demos.tieka.nl/prestashop_underfashion15/index.php?id_product=3&controller=product&id_lang=1 and See for instance a categorypage: http://demos.tieka.nl/prestashop_underfashion15/index.php?id_category=166&controller=category&id_lang=1 Now on the category-page i see what i expected to see, except for a list of productpictures of every product associated to that category. Like for instance on http://www.underwearman.nl/19-ondergoed-dames, in the middle-lower part is a list of every product associated to that category. Hence my question: What do i need to do to make the associated products appear on their categorypage? Best regards, Tim van Steenbergen

Ik heb hetzelfde probleem als maroc1994, on 29 October 2012 hierboven. Maar de oplossing van de reply erna "Download en importeer opnieuw het taalpakket in het eerste bericht van dit topic." helpt niet. Ik heb in het eerste bericht de nl.gzip gedownload en via "Taalpakket handmatig importeren" geupload. Geen verschil. Ook niet na "Taal toevoegen/bijwerken". Wat te doen?

Struggling also with import csv for my categories. It is allways giving "cannot be saved" without any explanation.

Goeie tips allemaal. Ik ga zelf asap over van een ander systeem naar Prestashop, uiterlijk met kerst. Ik moet de hele backoffice nog aanpassen. Maar ik vind het zeer fijn dat dit forum zo veel goede tips geeft. Allemaal dank daarvoor.

Do you then upload the entire csv-file with all products again or just the products that have changed? See, if I try to upload it again, the product just gets uploaded and saved in another copy of the same product. Showing up twice.

Hi, Is it possible to overwrite a single product using csv-import for products? I know the option to 'delete all products', but that takes a while. Is it possible to upload just one (or several) products and overwrite the current data of those products? Best regards, Tim van Steenbergen, Tieka.nl

I am, currently 1.5.0.15 After having put an image file 1-2.jpg (and its other sized files) in my image-directory: /img/p/1-2.jpg I have tried the following values in column Image URLs (x,y,z,...): http://demo.tieka.nl/prestashop_underfashion15/img/p/1-2.jpg -> Warning: Product n°1: the picture cannot be saved: ../img/p/1-2.jpg -> Warning: Product n°1: the picture cannot be saved: /img/p/1-2.jpg -> Warning: Product n°1: the picture cannot be saved: /p/1-2.jpg -> Warning: Product n°1: the picture cannot be saved: When you upload the csv-file and tick "delete all products" then the images get deleted from img/p too. What we both want: - upload images using ftp - upload the products including the reference to the images. Does anybody have any suggestions? @phantomeye: "as ps creates 4 - 6 images for each image, not sure why, but it does" Most likely: every image gets resized to every size needed in the shop (small, medium, large, thickbox, category, home, etc)

Hoi, ik wil dit mooie pakket graag in het nederlands gebruiken en heb daarom de nl.gzip gedownload en handmatig geinstalleerd. Ook ik zie /translation/nl met daarin 5 php-files: admin, error, fields, pdf en tabs. Maar deze is inderdaad maar 59% (oid) klaar. Same problem here. Errormessage keep popping up after the import: Name* (ID id) Cannot be saved @banense: What do you mean? Copying my data into a new examplefile did not solve the problem, unfortunately
