i have the same problem for prestashop 1.6

am i really having such a weird problems that nobody can help? this is the second question in a row i ask here where nobody responds...

I have a problem with my image slider for homepage. Everytime I upload my own picture I, it shows for a splitsecond on the homepage and then it just gets black + my new products dissapear. So first i thought it might be that my picture is to big so i reset the module and i checked if it worked with the sample pictures. and yes it works perfectly and my new products show. So I checked the excact size of the prestashop sample pictures and made my picture fit into this size. Then I replaced the sample picture with mine (so i didn't even made a new slide) and again it turns black and my new products dissapear...... even though its excact the same size as the prestashop samples that work!!! Anyone has an idea what is wrong? Help a girl out please Thanks in advance, Liesbeth

the pictures in our "new products" block show as question marks. i have no idea what is wrong, because everywhere else all the pictures show normal. we recently updated from prestashop 1.4 to 1.6 but even if we make a new product in the new version, the pictures won't show in the "new products" block. Any idea what might be wrong?

Hi all, I hope someone can help me... We upgraded from prestashop 1.4 to 1.6 and all the images show, everywhere except in the column with new products. I don't understand what is wrong because everywhere else all the pictures show. Has anyone an idea what is wrong? Thanks in advance, Liesbeth oh yes i forgot, when I make a new product in the new version, I also have the same problem, so it's not only with the old products..

Ok; the problem is solved, it was a problem with my server host. thank you all very much for the fast reply!

my debug mode is not enabled; still I get the same problem... I really dont understand cuz the problem happend over night without changing anything

I have this problem and i tried many things already but nothing worked so far. i’m often in Indonesia for work. When I’m in Indonesia, I can’t upload pictures onto the new products page. But I can upload pictures into mails…etc, so there is nothing wrong with my connection. I only have a problem when trying to upload a picture for a new product. When I try to upload the picture i always get the same page that the connection is re-inizialized. I tried with with making the time-out time longer, but it still doesn’t work, or after 15 minutes (litteraly) the picture finally got onto the website. In Indonesia they use mobile internet with usb sticks. So i tried on a friends computer with the friends usb stick, and then it worked, on the same spot, same connection, i tried the friends usb stick on my computer, and it didn’t work. I tried with flushing the DNS and deleting the cookies. Then i Also tried with the public DNS of google, but it still doesn’t work I also scanned for malware or spyware, and got it of the computer. I really have no clue anymore what could be the problem…

Its just the administration panel, i can sign in as a costumer...

I have a problem, i'm using prestashop for a while, and since a couple of days I have a problem with signing in to the administration panel. Or I can sign in, but from the moment I click on something I get back to the signing in page, Or I sign in and get immedeatly back to the singing in page... I tried with Internet Explorer and with Firefox. (I use windows 7) Does anybody know what is the problem and how to solve this? thx in advance
