    I installed the Facebook Prestashop module and tried to export items. The first time only 1 item showed up. The next day there are 5 but I have 97 products in my store. There are no errors and items are ready to synch. I tried to also add product into my catalog on Meta Business manager/ Commerce Manager but when I select the pixel I want to add items from, it is grayed out and says the pixel is already associated with my catalog. I do not know what to do and I can't seem to get the module to work correctly. Anyone else experience incomplete item export? PrestaShop version: 1.7.3.3

    SOLVED! UPDATED. Somehow I figured out how to fix my issue. I went back and made sure my carriers were set up correctly. I did not have an out of range behavior set for each. After creating the range for each carrier and configuring my FREE shipping to be applied for any order over $75 , the delivery options returned in checkout screen and the FREE shipping is applied for orders over $75. I also deleted all measurements/ weights limits for my carrier options. I do not know which change worked but it seems like I fixed my issue. My customers have experienced an error message during checkout after I applied a catalog discount to a few different item catagories in my shop. The error is "Unfortunately, there are no carriers available for your delivery address." I haven't been able to resolve the issue without making shipping FREE for all carrier options. I would like to know if there is a patch or some other step I am missing to allow the catalog discount by % on select items and still charge for shipping up to $75 but still allow any orders $75 and over to receive FREE shipping.     I recently upgraded to 1.7.3.0 and started building my pages but I am not able to edit products from my mobile phone. When I click on Products from dashboard in mobile view I receive a message stating the mobile version is not available. Can someone please tell me if there is a work around for this? I need to edit products from my mobile device. Thank you.

    This has happened to me twice this year. I am using PS 1.6.1.7 and so far orders are not being tracking in BO reports and I do not receive email notification of completed order even though payment has been received through PayPal. Someone please help fix this.

    What code do I add to html content box to center the bottom links on my page in all views? when I look at my site in mobile view the links appear to wrap but not center.     I would like to enlarge and show the logo in the center position on mobile/smart phone view. I have tried to adjust the logo size by uploading a different logo image to theme for mobile, changing the size parameters in css but it seems that the logo is trapped in a column or cell. There is also a lot of white space above the header that is not needed. I can't seem to figure out how to fix these items. Please if you can advise I would greatly appreciate it!     I solved the problem myself while waiting on an answer. I was unable to get the Top Horizontal Menu working by downloading a fresh copy of Prestashop 1.6.1.6 and taking the blocktopmenu modules files and manually uploading them to the same locations on my website. For some reason, when the top horizontal menu module was installed it was missing css files and tpl files so that is why it appeared as a vertical link list

    Rocky, I fixed it. I rehooked to the HeaderDisplay position, which restored the functionality of the slider but it was not at full screen so I went into nivo-slider.css in module folder and changed code in blue: #minic_slider { position:relative; z-index:1; width:100%; } @media only screen and (min-width: 1170px) { #minic_slider { width:100%; float:left; The change to code fixed the problem.

    I am unable to achieve full width for Minic slider v 4.1.11. I followed Vekia's Tutorial but the slider is still not full width. The closest I was able to get was when I unhooked Minic Slider from the DisplayHeader position but the slider did not function and images were shown stack on top of each other. Does anyone else have a solution? The Top Horizontal Menu is also not displayed correctly and I'm not sure how to fix that either My website is http://www.jewelrybyjamie.com Thanks, Jamie

    Meg Venture I disabled Minic Slider and the Top Horizontal Menu and it was shown as a link list. The slider is enabled again since it does not fix problem.

    Hello! I have recently updated my version of Prestashop to 1.6.1.6 and I am having problems with the Top Horizontal Menu(Block Top Menu) V.2.2.3. I have installed the module, but it only appears as a vertical text links. I have tried to uninstall. reinstall but it doesn't seem to help. I need to either: A. add category links to the Permanent Links Block because the Categories Block is missing in mobile view or B. fix the Top Horizontal Menu so it appears as the Permanent Links Block with Quick Search Can someone please help? I have also tried installing JBX menu. After install, when I go to configure the menu, it is missing from modules list.     I was finally able to upload the images after several attempts. My url was correct -- using the format exactly as shown without quotes http://www.mysite.com/upload/image.JPG I can only guess that I had 3 things wrong: 1.) My permissions in my upload folder was not set to 777 2.) My permissions in my img folder and the ones inside it were not set to 777 3.) My file extension was not in ALL CAPS-- make sure to write it as exactly as shown = csv import is caps sensitive. (Mine was .JPG) After making these changes, I was able to upload the images. For anyone else having this problem, make sure to delete existing images during your csv import. If you don't, the cover image will remain a grey box with a question mark. I hope this will help!
